As weird as it sounds, I get way more motivated in winter than spring/summer. Because in the winter I stay inside and I guess I just love the cozy feeling of a clean and comfy home.
I feel you about the laundry 😁 I have a small hamper and I make sure I do laundry ones a week. My hubby does he's own laundry, so it's easier. Love your cleaning videos, thank you for taking the time 🥰
My spring cleaning is mostly decluttering. I like to go room to room and do a heavy decluttering and then sometimes I’ll deep clean the room when I’m done. But I’m with you on the deep cleaning projects, I just do those as I see them, otherwise I get so overwhelmed. Great cleaning motivation! And I loved seeing what you got for your son’s Easter basket, you had some great ideas!
I clean and declutter as I need to. I love your Easter decor. Sometimes less is best. I used to decorate like crazy when our boys and grandson were little, but not as much now that we’re empty nesters. And now we’re in the process of getting our home ready to sell to be closer to our sons. You might try a tiny bit of turpentine to remove the paint. Thank you for another great video sweetie! You’re awesome!💕💕💕
It can be late and I watch you and I get so motivated even though I have an apartment that’s super clean I like to do something after I watch you I’m glad you are so happy🪴
Love your minimal Easter decor! It’s just enough. Perfect! 🤗 I need to put my sponge in the dishwasher! Great tip! Watching for motivation while I drink my morning coffee ☕️ 💕
I’m dying to paint my decking & fences as they look bad with all the bad horrible weather we’ve had - I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 so it’s not too bad weather wise - Definitely the windows outside they are so dirty, Hope you have a lovely weekend 🦋
Try 100% acetone nail polish remover or try awesome cleaner from the dollar tree. Your kitties are cuties. Also how did they adjust to the new litter box at first?
I left their old litter box out for a week or so and let them gradually start to use their new one! They acclimated quickly and started to prefer the new one almost immediately!
The litter box is so cool. I love all the kitties footage. So cute. I don’t like peeps or Cadbury’s creme eggs. I usually don’t put toys in my kids Easter basket either. Usually just treats. Oh I think you’re 5’5.
I used a magic eraser on my wood table when nothing else worked. It caused the finish to turn a little dull so only use where absolutely necessary. And then polish the heck out of it with Pledge. 😂😂 I also do big cleaning projects as needed. I’ve never been a Spring cleaner. My house is always tidy and regular cleaning kept up weekly or bi-weekly per a schedule (upstairs one week and downstairs the next with bathrooms done weekly when my husband was still alive - now bi-weekly since it’s just me). Everyone I know always says my house is spotless and I’ve never been a Spring cleaner. 😂😂
Baking soda cleaner! I think I’ve seen you use it in your videos in the past! I saw you use it and then I went out and bought it and use it on so much now!
Depends on the type of paint you have on table I would recommend Google type and make sure to read side effects on furniture. I have projects that I do monthly but instead of spring cleaning I like zone cleaning. Since I work outside the home I spend an hour on Saturday in my zone and once a month I may spend a little more time when doing monthly project if requires.
First, I think your 5'4", 5'5" ish. Secondly, Easter 🐣, I didn't like giving my children or now grandchildren a lot of candy. So, it was a mixture of candy, springy fun stuff (Crayola and Paper or Coloring book, Lego, Hot Wheel, puzzles, art stuff, small game, sidewalk chalk, jump rope, bubbles, a book, as my daughter's got older make up, nail polish, body stuff, hair stuff, ear rings, CD or Movie, a candle, water bottle and always a toothbrush n toothpaste.). I even used towels, washcloth, an outfit, as the "grass base" inside of the basket. The actual grassy stuff got messy. Here's hoping everyone has a nice Easter and a Happy Passover. Shalom... love your Vlogs Ty for sharing.
Scrape the paint lightly with a plastic putty knife or a credit card. Sometimes this is all you need to do to remove small spatter of dried paint. If the paint doesn't come off easily, don't force it, as you can scratch the furniture's finish. Try softening the paint with a few drops of olive oil. Cover the paint with a cloth and let the oil soak in for about an hour. If the treatment works, you should be able to wipe off the paint with a rag or scrape it off with a plastic paint scraper.
5'4" is my guesse for your height. Thanks for the cleaning motivation! Love your content. Nice that your little family is back together! Love cadbury Easter cream eggs.
Try an oil based makeup remover to get the paint up. I've spilt so much on my apartment's counters and have tried everything to get stuff up. It's worth a shot!
If you have a streamer, try it. Next time he wants to use paints, you can place like plastic wrap or press and seal under his craft then just pull it off and toss it away.
Try hot water,m and powder tide to see if the paint will come up. Or try your dawn power wash and scrub it....I think you are 5ft3. I have heard a chom chom does great at removing cat hair from couches. I love Cadbury eggs too!!!
Kent® Acrysol Paint Preparation and Auto Body Solvent. I’ve used this product to get paint transfers and scuff marks off my car and it doesn’t harm the finish. Goof off is another product for removing paint that I’ve used on floors and carpets. Hope this helps.
@@CatherineElaine Be sure and test a spot under the table to make sure it's safe for the finish. ☺️ I don't recommend Acetone. I once spilled acetone on my dining table and ruined the finished.
The lint tool is great for carpets in the car. It made my car carpets look brand new. I’m scared to try it on furniture because I’ve read horror stories. I stick to the battery operated clothes shaver for furniture and clothes.
I have an older version of that litter box. We love it but our cat has long think hear and her feet trap the crystals in her feet and she tracks it so I have to vacuum that up once to twice a day.
Mostly I do deep cleaning jobs every month to 3 months. I have a list of those & write the date they are done. My decor is very minimal - only a few things. As well as less to clean the decor stands out more. I'm not good at heights; as a guess 5 foot 7 to 5 foot 10
I do a deep clean once a month and tackle really dirty things as I see them. With 2 dogs I feel like I have to keep up or we would be overwhelmed with the dog hair.
@@CatherineElaine she gets litter everywhere and loves to play with her poop…..I clean the litter box everyday and I have a dog that loves to eat the cats poop out of the litter box….both of my pets got some mental issues lol
I know americans will always be americans... but having a disposable litter tray seems a bit wasteful. Already you dispose of the litter every couple weeks, seems pointless to also have this tray to throw away, why isn't that tray just simple plastic so you can reuse it forever?
Seriously, don't people have anything better to do than go around giving a thumb's down to people's videos? Talk about needing to get a life 😒😒😒 Honestly Catherine, these people are just jealous - pay no mind. It's laughable, really! I have 3 words for your cat fur....Chom Chom Roller. Search it on Amazon. It's worth every penny.
As weird as it sounds, I get way more motivated in winter than spring/summer. Because in the winter I stay inside and I guess I just love the cozy feeling of a clean and comfy home.
I just put on a good tv show while I’m doing laundry and as soon as each load comes out I put it away. Makes it so much easier 😅
I feel you about the laundry 😁 I have a small hamper and I make sure I do laundry ones a week. My hubby does he's own laundry, so it's easier. Love your cleaning videos, thank you for taking the time 🥰
To get the paint off of the table, use hairspray and a magic eraser! It worked for us!
Yes decluttering for sure!!
As an idea what about a easter hunt of the goodies as well as the eggs
Like you, I’m definitely more minimal when it comes to spring decorating. I decorate for Easter but I struggle with decorating for spring and summer.
I am the exact same. I get the itch to clean more in Spring but I also clean as it needs to be cleaned.
To revoke the paint I would suggest using the paint that caused it, that works with many products like marker pens etc
I clean and declutter as I need to. I love your Easter decor. Sometimes less is best. Omg I want to get that litter box. I live my kitties yours are adorable.
Try A-Ben-A-Qui to clean the paint. I saw it cleans markers etc really well. It is all natural and can be used on other things too:)
It can be late and I watch you and I get so motivated even though I have an apartment that’s super clean I like to do something after I watch you I’m glad you are so happy🪴
Cadbury cream eggs and peeps are what I look forward to every Easter!!
They’re so good 🤗
Love your minimal Easter decor! It’s just enough. Perfect! 🤗 I need to put my sponge in the dishwasher! Great tip! Watching for motivation while I drink my morning coffee ☕️ 💕

I always enjoy your videos and content. I have to say I love seeing your kitties. We have 6. :)
Try Mean Green on the paint.
Thanks for the Easter ideas.
You’re welcome!
I guess you will need to repaint the table. Love the things you got for Carson’s Easter basket.
I’ll have to find a way to cover it before we leave this apartment for sure! And thank you!
I love your video, I like your minimal decoration. Please more organization protects, I love your tips. Hope you are happy and ok with your health!!
More soon! Thank you!
I tried Pretty Litter and was not a fan of the crystallized litter, but I might give this a try. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve never tried that! But I do love the one that comes with this litter box!
Have you been able to get the paint off?
The litter box is so cool. I love all the kitties footage. So cute. I don’t like peeps or Cadbury’s creme eggs. I usually don’t put toys in my kids Easter basket either. Usually just treats. Oh I think you’re 5’5.
Love this video. Thanks for the cleaning inspiration ❤️
Thank you for watching!

I tried the magic eraser and that didn’t work either!
That schedule sounds perfect!
Cant believe that paint wouldn’t come up. I would try goo gone, but thats just a thought, I have no idea!
Good idea for the cats and less messy
It’s been awesome 👏🏻
Baking soda cleaner! I think I’ve seen you use it in your videos in the past! I saw you use it and then I went out and bought it and use it on so much now!

I clean anything that’s dirty but wait for cleaning outside windows and curtains. Lol I hate doing curtains. Loved the video :)
Exactly!!
Love your videos
Thank you!
Try using Goo Gone. It has helped me out a ton with removing things like silicone and paint.

Try some lemon essential oil to get the paint off the table
Your kitties are so cute ahhhhh
Little furry angels 😻

Try acetone for the paint. 5ft 2in 😁

Definitely going to do that next time!
What about a paint scraper or a straight edge razor blade? I’ve been able to do that on my table gently without taking the actual table’s paint off.
1st yay ! Adorable kitties 🐱 💖
Thank you!
How can anyone hate cadbury creme eggs?! In the uk they signal the coming of easter! xx :P
Hey girl hey!!!!!
Hey!!! 🤗🤗
5 foot 4
I am 5’3”!

Abenaqi paste from Amazon will get the paint off the table. It’s all natural and won’t harm the table.

Oh no!! We haven’t had that problem thankfully!

5’3”!
Great video , i just heard you say your husband and i got confused , what did i miss haha , just curios sorry ?
Peeps are alright lol
I would use a fine nail file and just softly go over the paint.and then in future he must mar put a cheap plastic tablecloth over before painting🤭
Definitely in the future we’ll need to cover it up!
I’ll take the caramel eggs.
I'm guessing like 5'3"
I usually give my daughter & nephews our traditional treats along w/Susan B Anthony coins & $2 bills.
👏🏻👏🏻👍💖🌻🌹🌼
I honestly thought you were 5' 7" but I read you're 5' 3" just like me. You're way thinner so you look taller than me 😁
I think you're about 5' 4" 🤔 maybe 5' 6"??
Ps: Love the kitties!!🐱🐈 But Arthur is my fave!!😻
Arthur is the best cat, I’ve never had one like him! And I am 5’3!
Thanks I need another litter box for my cat…..my cat is a jerk lol

They sell a reusable litter tray! I didn’t have mine for this video but I have it now.
