I slightly disagree with the notion someone needs to be humiliated to be learned how to be humble, to grow. When you're bluntly told (in public or private) how you appear, how your behavior is effecting others & how bad it looks, it requires a period of "self reflection". Inward introspection. From there, growth can still happen. Anyone who says you need to be humiliated to grow doesn't have empathy or compassion. When someone shows they don't give AF about your feelings, keep it movin'. Being empathic & having compassion is a positive vs negative trait too. :D
