Another better method for getting in is going to the right of the wall when leaving the rebellion base. Then just use struds to get over exterior walls. Then go along the edge of the launch site to the next wall. There should be a small space where you can walk past the wall without building the strud ladder. Then just go to database center and enter from the side slopes to open the level 1 doors
