Somebody sent me Somebody The final thing, the biggest scene Where sand flows slowly, time is just a dream Call my head and call my name The heart is dead, now who's to blame Nothing has changed Nothing is the same Somebody sent me ... The sense comes down in the violet hour The sense comes down in the violet hour Our flight was dry, the sun had shone With a dry eye, give me another gun Suffocate, we both knew shame The time they prayed Again, again Nothing has changed Nothing is the same Somebody sent me ... The sense comes down in the violet hour Somebody sent me ... The sense calms down Somebody sent me ... Nothing has changed Low violet Somebody sent me ... Nothing has changed Low violet Somebody sent me ... Nothing is the same Low violet
Awesome song, this is certainly influenced by a heavy dose of Sisters, but this song is far from just a copy of their style. A definite evolution of style shows here-now I just wish I could find it on CD!
Somebody sent me
Somebody
The final thing, the biggest scene
Where sand flows slowly, time is just a dream
Call my head and call my name
The heart is dead, now who's to blame
Nothing has changed
Nothing is the same
Somebody sent me ...
The sense comes down in the violet hour
The sense comes down in the violet hour
Our flight was dry, the sun had shone
With a dry eye, give me another gun
Suffocate, we both knew shame
The time they prayed
Again, again
Nothing has changed
Nothing is the same
Somebody sent me ...
The sense comes down in the violet hour
Somebody sent me ...
The sense calms down
Somebody sent me ...
Nothing has changed
Low violet
Somebody sent me ...
Nothing has changed
Low violet
Somebody sent me ...
Nothing is the same
Low violet
I am ashamed to say I had never heard of The Merry Thoughts before last year, and I have loved Goth music since late 90's. They could have been big.
Surely a classic unknown Goth style song, wish they would tour...

Sisters of Mercy copycats... but I like Sisters of Mercy, so I like this song. :)
"Who's to blame nothing has changed "
Obra prima!!!!!
Toller song
Andrew, is that you???
Nope...
Listen to 'when the levee breaks' by Rosetta Stone. It's one of the best goth band cover songs I've ever heard.
