@@shiinondogewalker2809 well ,i don't i feel like wow when they done this in a show , and even if i found out how they did it i don't feel like it's cheating at all , we all know that it's just magical trick
That's why they're called " illusionists ", I think it's fun to watch the theatre of it similar to circuses like cirque de soleil, obviously none of the tricks are "magic" because magic doesn't exist lol. But it's still entertaining to watch if you don't know how it's done, although the person in the box and floating head are fairly common ones.. eg everyone knows there's a compartment that the person goes in, I don't think anyone thought houdini was actually magic lol - merely just an entertainer like sportspeople or musicians or actors. It's a pretty cheap setup. A custom-rigged drill would have the bit not only in reverse, but spring-loaded and retractable through the chuck, gear, housing right to the back. a powerful motor wouldn't be needed as it not going to need to exert any torque. This would give the illusion that he's literally drilling right into his head and brain.
What I wanted to know is how was the string arrow stiff like a straight line? Some sort of spray to harden the outside layer slightly so it still bends with slight pressure allowing it to still be able to retract back inside the Bow?
@@morrisjvan no shit I already knew that. 😅. You must not have read my comment correctly. That still doesn't explain how the string was able to stay straight like a board while he was holding it in the air.
How do you explain the hand extended out from "crushing the box illusion", he never moved his hand out of sight for even a second. (unless it happened when camera went to another view, which I doubted)
It was never the magicians hands. He went directly through the box till the stair-case. The hands are from his helper, who sits in the flooring of the box and in the wall as shown. =)
@@HakanMB what I was talking about, if you look at the scene where he went inside the box, his hand never went "off scene" for even a second (unless they didn't show it on the video), thus when did he switch place with his assistant?
@Hakan this could be one way to do the illusion. the camera cut doesn't allow us to see that part clearly, but actually when the second woman came out to push the box all the way, actually he did remove his hands for a moment and then they reappeared - see 6:23 (most people were probably misdirected by the girl when she does the 'shh!' finger on the lips.)
I've always dreamed of performing dangerous stunts like this, but everywhere I turn I'm told to never try this at home or anywhere else. So, my dream is dying. And now you know it.

I seriously respect all of them to create such a wonderful ,planned illusion.😮🎉 the explanation is also fun to watch . Revealing each trick surprised me even more.
That drill trick isn't using a flattened bit, it's using a hammerdrill bit. Those bits aren't sharp as they aren't meant to cut the material. The drill hammers the bit while spinning it, which crushes the concrete while channeling it out. You're correct about the direction it needs to spin, but the more important part of that trick is the drill being switched to "drill" instead of "hammerdrill".
as one who uses a hammer drill every day as part of my job i gathered at least one aspect of the trick was that the drill was driving in reverse and therefore wouldn't be digging into the object, Secondly it doesn't mean it wouldn't hurt, but then he probably wasn't pushing hard anyway, those 2 things i already concluded a third theory i had was that the drill bit does have plenty of room to retract into the drill if it was custom made to do so
@@hshshhshsh7494 For safety sake it probably was, it was probably polished so there was no bump in the first place the thing that gets me though is.... blunt or not, polished or not and pushing hard or not, the sheer friction of your skin would still catch onto the metal and you'd get hurt I reckon he also has moisturizer on his temple to lower the friction
He's an idiot thinking every magic performance is a trick, trying to nullify these people's work. Why can't the Mr revelation go ahead and do these tricks on stage by himself!?
The the other person who is in the box provides the hands that are shown until the box is “crushed”. At that point the person in the box is sitting in an L shape wither back against the sides of the frame. After the trick is finished the whole apparatus is wheeled offstage and the assistant can climb out of the box. It is surprising how little space you need to “hide” an assistant. Being a magician’s assistant is not as glamorous as it looks.
The head on the table is an old carnival sideshow trick. Every call when I was young it was billed as the human spider. So when you entered the tent it showed a human head surrounded by spider legs. Why is that trick on this list. It's not dangerous.
I'm not sold on the drill trick solely relying on the fact that "it's in reverse". Even if it spins in reverse, if it comes in contact with his head, the friction alone will give him burn or scratch marks. The drill is abnormally large and shiny. As long as you see the drill spinning, you think that it's "working". Also, being shiny aids in the illusion that it is indeed working. I think that the very tip of the drill bit "moves" so that when he puts it on his temple, the part that moves stays in contact with his head while the rest of the drill turns rapidly.
It's not in reverse, it needs to be in reverse to do the job it's meant to do. He got that part right. That is a hammerdrill, meant for putting holes in concrete. The isn't flattened like he said, but it isn't sharp as it's not meant to cut. The most important part of that trick is that the drill is set to the "drill" function instead of "hammer drill", as that bit does nothing if it's just spinning. It needs the hammer function to drive it into the material in order to crush it and channel it out. TL;DR The drill and bit are real, the trick relies on the general public not being aware of what it is, as people tend to think of drills in terms of putting holes in wood or metal (cutting)
