Re: Covidiots: Michigander here. Don't even get me started. Love that you are emphasizing self-care at this time, and that you are making pâté, as a sort of eff off to austerity. Mushrooms seem to be abundantly available at this time here. Perhaps the locals believe they cause demonic possession. I don't know, because I don't know how far the local mentality has regressed, but it means plenty o mushrooms for me to make this recipe! Looks luscious; TFP!

YUUUUUUM! Paté one of those things that just is super yummy vegan! It’s amazing, you can barely taste that it has no liver or anchovies when you make a lentil or sunflower seed paté! I bet this, with all those lovely mushrooms, will be even better! I haven’t made any for a while, but this for sure is something I just have to have for winter and certainly for Christmas! Good whole grain bread, preferably sourdough/rye and paté topped with pickled red beets or sweet/sour gurkins - sooooo good! OMG, now I am sooooo hungry, LOL... Thanks for great videos, would love more of these vegan food vids from you! 😊👏👍💚🌱🍀✅🧑‍🎤☺️ PS! I had the exact same food processor problem (anothEr brand though), the little lid thingie that went into the processor itself to tell it it was safe to run, had broken off. I found a new lid at a great price on eBay, if I remember correctly. PPS! Be aware that wearing a buff (that is what it’s called, isn’t it?) as a face mask, doesn’t protect you or others at all. Just read that someone had done proper testing and found the buff useless. Any type of mask is better than the buff, since the only thing the buff does, is make you look as if you’re protecting yourself/others... Anyways - just thought I’d let you know... 😊
