@Mateo López ya encontre la Solucion, simplemente tenes que abrir el cstrike (osea el icono de la M azul) que guardaste en la carpeta del Juego, y te abrira el Counter y podras usar el Mod
Siempre que quieras usar el Mod tendras que abrir el metahook
