Weather is definitely a tough obstacle to overcome depending on where you live. Sometimes it might not be possible to skate together. Especially if you live where cold weather is present. Not much you can do at the park when there is 2' of snow on all of the ramps. We definitely try to encourage those in skate ministry to continue meeting together. Even if only a few kids can make it out. Maybe when the weather is bad you can go check out an indoor park. Maybe you can meet up somewhere else. Go snag some food from the food court. Hit up an arcade. Have fun. Remember why you’re meeting. It’s not just to skate but it’s to build relationships.
