Interesting video....Visible is an Institute of leadership......? But the country's leaders know nothing....They make mistakes and deploy trial and error tactics everywhere. Clearly no learning takes place from the mistakes made....Wondering who attends these institutions with big names but no specification or curriculum? .... A sensible government will send all its middle and senior managers to complete a valid programme in such institutions....But oh! Never! God help you sir and Sierra Leone! 🙏🏼
I remember when I was little I used to go to a French school, that was many years ago, I think around 1986-87 Is is still there ? If not what replaced it ? Thx for your lovely videos, brings back childhood memories
