      They are genuine that's why. Today's lecture videos are focused on gaining views and sUbsCriBerS instead of explaining the topic.

    Nice demonstration that flow can go round in circles and still be irrotational. In an asymptotically subsonic fluid, sound waves travel at very high speed to get the fluid moving. However rotation or vorticity only travels at much slower speeds by convection or diffusion. Initially vorticity is only present at boundaries.

    Nice to point out that for the flow field A~1/r there is a singularity of the curl at r=0. In fact curl A = 1/r d/dr (rA).

    In the tornado like vortex if we take an imaginary circular region. We'll notice that in side that circular region velocity of fluid is still inversely proportional to the radius of vortex. Which results in an overall spin in that region and hence it is rotational and curl is not zero. Then why on the basis of rotating pair of sticks rather than relative motion of the fluid particles.
