Such incredible free standing over splits with no assistance. Very beautiful form and effortlessly flexible, they could be world class at ballet or gymnastics too. Just WOW.
Their flexibility is AMAZING, yes, but you should see videos of these Korean clubs training.....they're stricter than taekwondo centres other countries, and it takes a lot of time to conquer even ONE belt.....also, some students are held down in painful positions to improve the flexibility. ....😊😊😊😊

What normal people think, wow!! So much skill!!! Awesome job! What I see (3rd degree black belt) it’s all easy, the flexibility is the only problem. The demo team was in sync, good power, nice kiaps (yell, it is scored) and good choreography. Also giant team!!!
