Ever wonder how there’s one big paving company that seems to do almost all the projects in your city? It’s not because they bid the lowest with the best job. All about who you know, who’s the town leaders, who’s they’re friends, who’s making the asphalt.. it just so happens the quarry owner sits on the board for your town. Complicated.

Yes they are. They usually will recycle it or mix it in with gravel.

Should have started on centerline pass first. And marked out your slope through the super as you went through it. Then just run your slope one final pass for that lane.

No
We don't hook the water truck to the milling machine. We fill the machine every couple of hours then drive to the next machine then come back. We keep circling between machines. Kinked hose as well in video!

Zaptor we are stuck to finding hydrants, of not we gotta use are leaky water truck that runs out before the mill would. Lol
We use Tow strap And Fill on The Run It Works Pretty Well..

It's to bad they can't figure out a way to recycle and reuse the same pavement, you know grind it heat it add tar and relay as its going along
That would be really cool but it would not work for this situation because they were removing this road so they could put a four lane highway through.

Asphalt millings is the number one recycled material in the world by tonnage. Even full removal can be recycled as long as you are not taking gravel with it. It just takes a skilled crew and understanding of milling, unlike this operator who keeps pushing it to fast for the cutter box and belt to keep up with all the material.
