    As someone who trains in Muay Thai, Wiz would be scary to fight. He is extraordinarily tall and thin. He could fight at a really low weight, tower over his opponents and could land a knockout head kick with ease. His technique needs a lot of work but he has the right attitude and will improve with that outlook. The way he was talking to Sway, he really respects the sport and understands it.

      Real ones know you lift like 30 lbs more after smoking

    • @elliotmcgee8918
      @elliotmcgee8918 5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @JetTheHawkpwns, only if you've already developed muscle mass. Weed doesn't magically allow you to lift if you've got not muscles. It does allow for greater focus, especially control of the muscle groups, so the user is able to handle more consciously. The fatigue and recovery times are also lessened.
      You can also be in danger of damaging your body if the increased weight puts strain on the ligaments and bones, just as any exercise routine might if you overexert yourself.

      smoking will damage your lungs thats a fact, you dont use your lungs that much in bodybuilding but in martial arts there is a lot of cardio involved so is a stupid idea to smoke and think is going to help at all it might give you a lung cancer, carry a Oxygen tank or whatever smoke does inside there, i recommend you to vape at least there is no carbon dioxide drowning your lungs.

    I've been smoking weed before working out for literally years. Its great, you zone out almost to a flow state when you've been working out as long as I have. Able to push through the pain a little bit more and just really be in the moment while you're getting after it in the gym. I highly recommend smoking before the gym.

You need to work out your lungs and do some cardio if you wanna smoke. it's the trouble breathing that makes you not wanna smoke too much. That's how you regulate. you gotta have a regulator or your habits become bad habits that become addictions.

      He's right tho how are you going to be teaching something if you have only done it for a year? Anyone who's done a combat sport knows this. Yes you could learn a lot in a year, but is enough experience for you to be able to say you can coach it no. Its disrespectful too people who have put the time into there craft years actually. Give it about 5 to 6 years with some competition experince then you could think about teaching.

      Full contact is just hard sparing, doesn’t matter the gear. (In western muay tai/mma/ boxing)
      Now for traditional martial arts full contact is no equipment at all but that’s incredibly dangerous especially for someone who’s doing it as a hobby. A lot of different disciplines in Asia practice traditional full contact, while here in the west hard sparring and full contact are interchangeable words.
