aw omg thank you!! we stay at hyatt for that comp so it's super nice and classes are soo fun, def hard but less stressful than some other comps i've been to

@@_morganyuan heyyy! omgg i need you omg. have you ever been to the velocity dance convention? I’m going and it’s really soon and my parents are registering me. I’ve never been and I really really need info on how it’s like! I’m not doing competition, I’m just doing convention. There are different levels like intermediate, junior, mini, and stuff like that. Is it based on age or how skilled you are? if you are more skilled are you allowed to enter into a higher level/age group? If you’ve been to velocity what do you recommend? I’m really scared because I don’t want to enter and then go and then be disappointed because the choreo is too easy or too hard. Sorry if I sound a little rude!! I’ve never been to a convention before and I’m just doing it for the experience. I really need answers quick so if you can, please respond as fast as you can! I’m trying to ask many people on TH-cam that go to dance conventions because I really need answers 😭 love ya girl!
@@gottalovelea hey! i haven't been to the velocity dance convention however i do know how conventions work! so there are different age groups so minis, juniors, teens, then seniors and imo teens is usually the hardest but you sign up through age. so if you're like 16+ usually you're in senior room. don't be scared at all, dance convention experiences are 100 percent worth it because there is always so much you can learn not only from the teachers, but your peer dancers as well. hope this helps! lmk if you have any more questions!
