I bought it and I have nothing more to say, I just love it, the atmosphere, the art style, the colors, the animation, the music, everything is perfect and cute ❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰
Every once in awhile, I still fire up De Blob 2 on my Series X - I gotta say, the "vinyl toy" look for game characters is always a pretty fun one. Modnation Racers also freakin' nailed it going for the vinyl toy character look (and of course, being able to customize 'em was a great move). Don't know why it's not done more often, honestly. This looks neat. Not enough family-friendly open world action titles - the only other one I can think of off the top of my head is LEGO City Undercover, and while fun enough, the LEGO games never feel _great,_ so it's cool to see something with more solid platformer fundamentals take a crack at the style. When this hits consoles, I'll give it a look for sure!
I hope this is good. I’m going to buy it just because i love Wuppo so much, happy to support the developer. That game is slept on. But I do feel like, at least from the trailers, I might not like it as much. It’s a little more straightforward, a little less weird and off kilter. Hopefully I’m wrong.
