@paulhigham6047 it would seem this is when nash really did build alarms built to last! I have heard some not so good reviews about the r4s so I am well happy I finally managed to grab a set of these before they all dissappear.
I have a set of 4 with receiver and they have never let me down in the past 7 years of fishing in all types of weather. I could upgrade, but I just don't want to. I like them too much. Nice video and review
@Envy701 cheers buddy! Absolutely mate! So much gear we buy for novelty really as carp anglers....an alarm does quite a basic job for myself...so no need to take out a mortgage to get a set 💪👍🎣

Any help on how to change led colours on receiver please?
You alright mate..you should be able to pull out the little colour inserts easily enough? Would of had a pack of them when you bought the receiver? If you have run out of then give nash an email and they will ping you some 👌
How do these compare to the fox micron mini? Similar price range
Not too sure lad as I have never had a set..however know a few lads who have them. I think with the mini microns you have to regularly drain out the moisture through a little whole? 🧐 I could be totally off with that ! 🤣

Mini microns x have more things you can do and you can change sensitivity and led colours personally I would get mini micron
How do you attach it to a reciever?
Hi mate...hope the below helps:
1.Press and hold the button on the handset for 3 seconds until beep is heard.
2.Left hand side LED will light up.
3.Spin the wheel on the S5R head manually. The handset will emit a beep every time a signal from the head has been received.
4.Press the button once and the second LED will light up on the handset, notifying you that head one is now programmed and head two is waiting. Spin the wheel on the second S5R head manually to synchronise head two.
5.Press the button once and the thirdLED will light up on the handset.Repeat the process for the remaining heads.
6.Once all the heads have beenprogrammed press and hold the button for 3 seconds until all handset LEDs are off. Now all heads are synchronised to the handset.
Note: If the handset is left idle for 10 seconds it will discard any newly learnt heads & return to normal
Qaulity vid great alarms just can't stand the alarm tone reminds me of my ex mother in law I'll stick with me delks onto the next vid 👊👊👊👊
