Yes, srinagar is little bit costly. For affordable shopping pahalgam is good.
Mam agar 2 log apni personal vehicle se Srinagar,Gulmarg,sonmarg ,and pahalgam jaye Delhi se to 30k budget enough hai ?
Depending on how many days you are planning to visit, also depends on type of hotel you are staying . We two people went from flight Delhi to Srinagar and took a local taxi for 5 days to visit all the above places and it cost us around 70k for both.
