never carry a camera or cell phone to Bhagavad Dham... You wont be able to relish the ultimate nectar of Dham, as you'll constantly be distracted by them. I still remember going to Jagannath Puri last year with Iskcon devotees, and not carrying my camera and phone along was the best decision i had made. While travelling i felt all relaxed and free.. In your (Kunti ji) case i can understand you are a foreigner. But this is for fellow Indians.

I can understand your point, prabhu, but there is also so so soooo much value to documenting these memories to revisit when you’re back in the West. Sometimes memory fades, but when you can go back and watch the photos or videos, it’s like you’re there again! I’m so grateful and indebted to all the devotees that take the time to record or take photos of the Dham, otherwise we wouldn’t have any!!!
