Are you using the phrase “normal people” to describe individuals living without pain? It’s interesting to hear your question because I’ve worked with clients who don’t have pain but they’re living with things like type 2 diabetes or Crohn’s disease. I know they don’t consider themselves “normal” even though they don’t have pain. What they’re trying to do is improve their overall health. I create videos focusing on the whole person. That’s what I’m trying to encourage you to focus on - all aspects of your life to compliment the treatment your doctor is providing.
Funny you should mention TM j I've been having a lot of facial pain and jaw pain .... I did have the colonoscopy done..n a few weeks before that I had an endoscopy and everything turned out fine so I just thought I'd let you know about that cause I remember you asking me to let you know how it goes? Even with having those 2 procedures done I would occasionally get some stomach distress funny how the brain can be such a strong tool to cause neuroplastic symptoms unbelievable?. Cause I kept thinking nothing's really going on really bad in my life to be causing all this ?but then I thought about I have been on disability because I'd had a hip replacement on July the 10th but prior to that I had lost my job a wrongful termation which I was fighting to get my job back..without any sucess..they did extend my medical coverage to cover my hip replacement that but at the end of this month I'm on my own with limited state disability and I kept thinking how am I gonna survive? this ? so I put in for permanent social disability but that could be a long process so maybe because I'm thinking about all these things maybe that's what's causing my symptoms? I do have spinal stenosis in my back so my back does give problems I'm trying to learn as much as I can.. I do know that I have a structural and a non structure going on cause there's other symptoms that pop-up and don't understand why I'm having the pains in areas where I shouldn't be having it ?....but I really like watching your videos you give a lot a good self-help Education... What's really good is that you've walked in our shoes you've been there done that... I won't lie sometimes get a little depressed and want to give app but it's not in my nature to give up no matter what I've gone through my life I've never given up Listening to your story what you had to go through to recover gives me hope.. I think I can recover From the neuroplastic problem as far as my real structure problem I think I can do better with your teachings if you done it and you had a real structure problem that means I can do it too right?
I’m deeply touched by your kind words about my channel. It means so much to know the content is resonating with you. Thank you so much for sharing the update about your scan. I’ve been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. I understand you’re dealing with immense challenges right now - losing your job and navigating Social Security disability can feel overwhelming. These stressors act like fuel for your nervous system, intensifying physical and emotional discomfort throughout your body. But there’s hope - when we focus on calming our brain, we can actually reduce how strongly the stressors affect us physically. I’ve created videos on my channel with specific techniques that can help bring more ease into your daily life. Please know you’re not alone on this journey, and I’m here to support you.
“Emerge from pain” means when pain diminishes from your daily life. What I’d like to share is that chronic pain diminishes overtime - it doesn’t magically disappear one morning. The most helpful action you can take in addition to following your doctor’s instructions is to work on reviewing your daily activities and celebrating neutral moments, when your pain has lessened. This calms your brain. Calming your brain with relaxation activities and not only focusing on measuring pain levels will help you on your healing journey.
