FR. I can understand where she is coming from (I have seen a lot of people like this irl lol) but that doesn't mean she should be mean and be a bully others. Part of her personality definitely comes from her family but also River since he stopped talking to her even though it wasn't her intention to hurt him.
I think River really needs to learn to let go of the past and move on since (well from what we have been shown so far) his friends had no intention of hurting him. Hopefully we also get a fuller picture of why she keeps picking on heart (better be a good one I hope!)
