Misery Business is one of my favorites but it’s a guilty pleasure. I do remember a while back Hayley wrote how she didn’t relate to the song anymore. I can see why she feels that way

she has received criticism for using the word "whore" and i saw a tweet where she responded with, "i was kid".some people view the song as anti feminist. she said on like a tumblr post in 2k15, "she does not relate to it now as a 26 year old" (again at the time she was 26). they are at a place right now where they don't relate nor like the message behind it (it was inspired from a diary entry from something she saw in high school....something along those lines).

Seen them twice and seen 'Misery Business' played both times. Such a fun song to sing and dance to, along with them. I respect that they're letting it go for however long they choose. They're allowed their creative expression and for it to be determined by them and no one else is something I'm going to look up to.

Omg, I thought this was just my unpopular opinion but thank god they said it. I fuckin’ LOVVEEEE Paramore, but this is my least favorite song just because they played it all the time live. Not saying it’s their fault, obviously, I just think it’s because a lot of people wanted them to play it. But for me, I just didn’t like that it was overplayed. AND there are still Paramore fans that call themselves “Parawhores” still even though years ago, Hayley said she didn’t like it. Smh, oh well. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
