I don't know why you always assume the largest room is the mans room. I am yet to see a home where a man is able to take up the largest wardrobe with clothes. women usually have more clothes and accessories and in some cases share the room with the man never met a man that wants the largest room for himself which is why its called "the primary bedroom" not masters or maybe its a Nigerian thing.

The house price should be base on the surrounding waist of resources….. the west didn’t just wake up and fixe prices. In Africa I feel like Al these houses shouldn’t be even 200k comparing to people living conditions how on earth an engineer working in Lagos can afford this or a politician who earn his money legally can afford this
