Caleb Morand yes sometimes the batteries output a higher voltage and sometimes like on the MS 4 that outputs FWR some devices run better on filter DC which is what the batteries output
how do i fix the panel transformer buzzing loudly for 2 seconds then dies? this happened after a test which broke something causing the panel to no longer power on.
YAY!! I hope you can (Maybe?} do this for a MS-10UD/MS-5UD? Since I want to get a 10UD for my main house in the future and for the houses basement a MS-4 for Horn=Strobes and loud stuff XD
Yes I would like to but I don’t have either of those panels as far as I know those panels are pretty much identical other than the 10 UD has five more zones bigger transformer therefore can probably charge bigger batteries and outputs filter DC instead of FWR
PICKLE 700 Yea, but I do hope to maybe see you Get a 5UD/10UD, because you can keypad program them AND you can use Fire-Lite software with them! :D nice vid

@@nics-systems-electric does that mean that my panel is defective? I had it about a month and it’s only did that one time.
I have a question. Is it normal for notification appliances to sound louder while on battery backup? Thank you.

There are annunciators compatible with MS-4’s but not ones with a display
