I think you should've went in the kill animation afterwards. Especially the new Vandal. The mute then music and crowd cheering makes you feel like you're in the arena.

i wish they did the inspect animation for 2023 like they did for the 2022. i liked the nodding to the musics rhythm- it was unique. the inspect is pretty trash for 2023 imo.
I bought the vandal 10 minutes after it came out but when I used it in game it had so many glitches like the vct logo not moving when you inspect it or the music not playing when you go inside the finisher and sometimes just didn’t play music.

As an OG valorant player, ill say the best gun in the gsme is 2023 champions vandal. Nothing else comes close. From its intricate design to kill sound to the shooting sound to reload animation to everything in betweem. Its the best.
2022 easily the best year for champions, but the knife and finisher this year were so bad, also the worst song of all the champions (not bad but worse than 2021 and 2022 for sure). Pretty big let down but vandal is pretty cool. Also I dont personally like what they did with the champions glow and also changing the colors from red/black/gold to purple/black/gold
