Even after working for many years you cannot expect much incremental income which gets stagnated at 20000 only..... which is peanuts
Better go in Other industry as the work in ground staff is standing all day and in shifts and also the salary is very less go for hospitality industry in foreign or big hotels in India they have much better pay and relatively less burden

I am post graduated in Aviation (MBA in Aviation Management) and looking for a job in related sector since months yet not get any. Reason is the same, dont have any reference in aviation industry. I am tired but not hopeless.

I got selected as ground staff but am on hold because i have applied my passport as it got expired .Before interview they said passport acknowledgmnt would b enough but after selection I got on hold because of passport . And that too for domestic . I dont understand the rules . Lol.
