Yes I need to be kind to self and focus on me and take a walk every morning. Things have to change somewhere in my life having a hard time with depression and coping with unfortunate experiences. No faith in any possible love connection. Really getting the short end of the stick. Wanted something to happen with a Scorpio but it won't and it is past time to really move on now.
