Putting Odds on a 4 Pass Line... WOO WEE. I'm always Laying the 4.
The computer simulation, off your rolls for the day , using the different strategies is something amazing.
Love those old books. Dice con was huge success. Hopefully I can make it next year. Well done Jeremy
i like to play just the 6&8 a lot when I am bellying up to the table for the first time in a session. I have a betting strategy that works just fine, but I like this. A little more risk, but the potential for a much bigger win. Glad that you put this out there for us to see it. I'm going to practice this one and try it next time I am at a table.
This power craps strategy is very doable for me. I might employ it soon.
I remember this book! I absolutely loved it back in the day. I've been thinking about some modifications that would allow max odds, but that would require a large bankroll.
Your videos are GREAT!
This is a good strategy at the conservative level. You could do 1 on the hard way
Why is ColorUp's puck so rude?
A: Because every time there's a seven-out, it flips you off.
After looking @ this book Henry has as good advise as I have seen in craps books. Progressing winning odds & making come odds work on all front line comeouts.
But
Henry foolishly advises waiting for a "qualified shooter" before gambling because it doesn't change anything. If you come to the table & the shooter throws a 4 on the comeout. Now the shooter "qualifies herself" by making the 4. Now you gamble. The shooter throws a 6 then a 7 out. You needlessly left good $ on the table with the 4 then lose everything on the 6. Only a jerk would wait for the "qualified shooter" before gambling.
Agree?
This actually CAN be better because there is NOT TOO much risk involved, so I am going to recommend what I feel would be the BETTER solution:
Do everything the same by taking the SAME numbers as you suggested for this strategy, such as the Pass Line with the $15 odds first, then if you hit your point, then the $20 odds second, then if you hit the point again, then go for $30 odds and of course take the 6 and 8 for $30 each, except IF the point is 6 or 8 then just take the other number for the $30 Place bet, BUT, do NOT half-press when it FIRST hits and INSTEAD, collect FIRST then FULL press on every SECOND hit of a place bet number, and do this EVERY time for the 6 and 8!
This way you will collect MORE money in case of a fairly quick seven-out and ALSO, once you make 2 points, turn your Place bets OFF for ONE roll after you establish your 3rd point, and then after that turn ON your Place bets so you can PROTECT your Place bets from a PSO!!!
I noticed that this happens not only as you have demonstrated HERE, but also in the REAL world because the MORE points you make, the CLOSER you get to a PSO happening!!!
I might try something like this in Vegas when I go at the end of the month. I want something that'll keep me at the table a while especially at this higher limit tables. (I'm used to 5 dollar tables).
I was just there. Lots of $15 tables and I found a $2 shoot to win machine with 5x odds on all numbers
Do you ever expand to 4/5/9/10?
What if you every time the point hit you place another number for 30?
And if the point is a 6 or 8 I would also place the 5 or 9. Always having 3 numbers working
“Odds Increase”
Lovin the frequency of craps content. Is there any particular reason you stopped with your poker channel?
I know you know this, but 20% is $20. Amazing how much difference doing $18 (20%) vs $20 (33%!!!).
