Honestly these are really difficult times, I have cried, being mad , depressed and separated. But I just realized again like i realize every other time, God knows it all. His plan for me and my loved ones are still in check. That mentality has taken depression away.

Aww babe😭 I felt the same way at the beginning of lockdown as well. I thought that was bad then I got the Coronavirus 😂 See as I can laugh at the situation now back then I could not. It is ok to be sad but just know that God loves you. Try and take at least one positive thing from this lockdown. Mine is that I have become closer to God than never before and now I am honestly grateful for this lockdown. Love you and your family ❤️❤️

The decision to be happy is the best you can make dear... Life they say is full of ups and downs, just like a zigzag line on the life machine means a person is alive and a straight line means a person is dead is how life is. So far as we have air to breathe our line will be zigzag. Deal with the things you can control, appreciate every second with family and friends and feed your mind with lots of positivity dear... Meditate often and be deliberate about what you allow and what you don't allow your mind to capture. Yeah depression is inevictable this period, but hope will work out. On Friday my salary was slashed, that I will be collecting 12% of it now . I cried my eyes out but I know I will survive. It will really end in praise. To even face camera to do a video is not encouraging. We just have to be strong and hope for the best.
