Hahaha, presenting the shore fishermen as people who can't afford boats. This place is an iconic surf fishing spot, with an impassioned and dedicated following since the 1950s. They started swimming out to the rocks, using reels that could handle being underwater. They started using wet suits, fishing in gales from a rock out to sea. This is their iconic place. Your boats were not welcome, you could go any where but had to go where they were, ruining the fun. Getting in the way of their casting, threatening sailing into a swimming fisherman. Sailing right into the blitz or blocking it from the surfcasters. And now you have taken over, captains pretending they are all the rage and so and so. Depleting the bass population even. But those standing in there on the rocks, sure wishes you elsewhere. Calling yourself NorhAmericanFishing and then you don't know about Montauk. And the locals aren't kind to you and you think it's because they can't afford boats themselves. Brings tears to my eyes hahaha Everyone go watch SurfcastersJournal channel instead please. th-cam.com/video/fWd-sw7D2-8/w-d-xo.html
you are allowed one fish over 28 but under 40. I've fished there all my life and never had any problem with license. Montauk is the surf casting capital of the world so if you are there in fall and have a clue what you are doing you stand a very good chase of hooking up. If you are gonna fish there be prepared it can be dangerous and read up on the equipment you will need.
they could make boats dock in a decontamination area that leads into the water body after there boat has been disinfected. be as simple as making a small pond beside the water body with a solution of somesort that would rid the boat and trailer of any invasive shit then have them pull it back out or lead them into the lake with water gates or something.

That’s what I was thinking, surf fishing requires all senses and skills. There’s nothing like fishing on the rocks by the light house in sept
The money I’ve spent on surf fishing I could have bought 3 boats
You have to be one hell of a fuck up to put "Montauk, New Jersey" in that description.
Great video...but Montauk is in New York
I love fog wend fishing 😀
Those are Schoolies.

I didn’t know Jim Rome was a striper fan!
