Hey Blitz, quick tip if you are having trouble with deckguns: Use the commander Warthog, he has a passive abillity that gives shotguns(upgraded flaks) anti-air (you have to right click the shotgun and then enable it). Shotguns are one of the best ways to defend against deckguns in my opinion
You can fire them manually as well, which is useful cause then you can specify how much spread you want.
@@Gxaps Yeah I know, its just pretty useful to have them autofire because you can concentrate on other things then
I don't get why they lose AA targeting in the first place, I mean it's not like the minigunner where they get a narrower arc compared to the unupgraded form that makes it so they CAN'T act as AA, right?

Napalm Torpedoes? Torpedoes fire underwater, and napalm bombs cause fire. These theoretically are useless bombs.

Quick tip to avoid blowing yourself with your own missiles: build a background bracing tower on top of them, the missiles will go all the way up the bracing before going forward

Based purely on observation it looks as though the torpedo's are more accurate underwater and since you can't fire one whilst under the water line couldn't you instead have a portal and have the torpedo go through the portal?
You can fire them underwater, you just have to use background bracing and not a door, doors (or whatever they are called) can't be opened under water

Don't forget: Clicking and dragging multiple weapons' together control groups them. The only rules ate that it requires all the same weapon, and only 3 in one group. Control groups aim and fire together.

I think torpedo can't fire underwater because water would go in when the door open?
may be it would be fine if u put portal to shoot then under the water(?) idk how most stuff works
On real ships they basically use a difference in water pressure to give the torpedo a little kick until its propulsion engages so they are fired underwater. Check out smarter every days videos on submarines -- they're really interesting

Forts has turned from an fortification battle to a strategical 2d game in where you need to focus in having superiority in all ways, where all matters, your naval superiority, air superiority and land superiority guaranteeing our victory... fits what i want, i'll buy it and mod it :)

Blitz, when you fire the 2 different torpedoes you should fire the Fire 🔥 first so it weakens the wood structure the fire the explosive one so it finishes more
no, first the HE one then the napalm so that the HE allows the napalm to go deeper causing more damage.

My only complaint is that the “torpedoes” are just rockets that don’t get nullified when they go underwater.
blitz: currently my favourite mech is lancer as it has a melee attack.

Blitz tip for the torpedo. The third one under water couldn't be fired cus you had a door there. U turned it into a background bracing will help. Have 1 Napalm

Now we have all seen you play with 3 reactors but you should make a video where you have 10 reactors know u make it a 2v2 say like you blitz and intern plus Kade and possibly DF so a 2v2 with 10 reactors make it like a 40 minute video or a full on live stream that’s like an hour long it would be crazy with all the weapons and stuff and the map would be huge you know with 10 reactors and all just a thought just to let u know that millions of people would love to see that also love u blitz and have a nice day

You need to do some cross bracing. Just make them into X's when u build
I've updated the mod with texture changes and added maps for this mod to the description. On these maps, they will work fully under water.

Why not put the teleporters all over the front of the ship where they fire so that when they hit the ship it'll go through the teleporter so you can put this whole lotta teleporters on the back and connecting through there and then I won't it'll hit the teleporter and go through and it won't damage the ship at all
Because of Emp torpedo.
a: Portals take a lot of energy to run
b: emps and swarm missiles shut down portals very easily
c: you can't shoot back unless you have a gap in the portals
d: why put them linked to the back, that's extra portals you need to make and run, just link them to each other in the front to make return to senders

1:10 the lancer has a jump attack, not a dash attack(that's the killshot). and is arguably one of the worst mechs in the game(low health, low energy points(each weapon costs some energy points to put down(the better the more energy it costs) and you can only have 2 guns at a time)bad ability(jumping really does not do anything cool)and is outpaced by other mechs).
No because you can still upgrade him and he will be one of the best mechs in the game due to him being able to jump where other can’t get him and when you put javelin racks on him and he has a lot of health he is practically unstoppable
@@Nem_zapat but that time and money is more worth spending on other mechs like killshots, Aries or cheetah. Proof: very few people use it in division 1
@Normal Channel well technically no because I am division 2 and he is my best mech and I have gotten the award godlike multiple times with him
@@Nem_zapat then your just good with it, and maybe it fits your playstyly. that's the good thing about mech arena, there is no meta, almost all mechs and weapons can defeat each other

I think the problem wasent the torpeedo but rather the door, maby portals could work under water
Yes they don't have death charges because in most of the games or mods. You're not you don'remove at all so that's charges would be worthless if they were through only if they were throwing out of a cannon even. Though even then they would probably not be added because you're not supposed to move in forts.
