This is the model home.
You can build this without the 2nd floor for around $42K less. (June 1, 2020 that price changes).
Upgrades you see in this floor plan include: Deluxe Kitchen package, appliance upgrade, Fireplace, Screened Porch, paver patio with the "pet grass", skylights, laundry with cabinets & sink, upgraded wood flooring, guest bath walk-in shower, master universal shower, universal design exterior/interior (to allow for wider doorways and zero entry), as well as some additional can lights.
The ranch floor plan starts with 2,058 sf. If you add the finished bonus on the 2nd floor it would be 2,826 sf.
They can prewire for CPI security as well. That is an upgrade talked about at the design center.

Such a fancy house can't afford to put walls around the kitchen. Yuk.
I believe thats due to so many want open concept. Ive been in several of these models & the open kitchen looks fabulous with all the glass windows, doors, living room with the fireplace, and then of course all of the outdoor courtyards...i think there are 3 on this model. If you saw it in person, the open kitchen area might make more sense. I know im sick of being in the kitchen isolated from everyone. They are all having fun while i'm alone working my butt off. Im looking for this kind of style ut of course everyone is different. I bet you could have them put up a wall or a nice 'barn door'. Best of luck to you.
