I mean the prize money in the Arnold classic went up and classic physique it’s more than the Olympia total prize money with best poser is $133 grand, first place is $60,000 with best poser being an extra $10,000. It’s all about sanction fees to IFBB and sponsors, and how much a promoter can make and get an ROI it’s a business at the end of the day
The only thing I wonder if it ever crosses you guys mind is do you realize a lot of the money is because of all these so called bogus divisions. If it was still just bodybuilding that money would not be there .

There used to be outside money. Now it is mostly entry fees from competitors. All money changes hand straight from sponsors to athletes.
