Early 2000-2005 I started listening to a small selection of newest bands coming out, Maroon 5, ColdPlay and then Keane. Keane has always been my favorite to this day, being 34 years old. Through out the years they've never changed the style of their music like ColdPlay and Maroon 5 has to fit the current style of todays music and that's why Keane is always my favorite. I appreciate that each CD they never went "that way" to fit in with the music of today because honestly, to me, the music today doesn't have the same feeling of emotions of going through things in life like Keane presents in their songs. I don't venture out too much to listen to new artists but Keane will always have my heart. Good job with all the successful albums, songs and much more to come in the future!

Listening to this new record, I see that the band has grown and matured with me through my adulthood and helped me get through some of the most challenging times in my life. And here it is again with me in my 40s, resinating in different ways and at the same time, again, fitting into where I am at in my life now. Wow - this brings back the best Memory. Hyde Park in July this summer. I was right there in the front row at the B-Stage and just thought to myself: "he seems to really, really enjoy himself". Funny thing is: I had no idea who you - Tom and Keane - were at that Moment (although I recognized some of your songs at least a Little bit). Just discovered you as a band that day and listen to your music ever since (starting with the Best Of of course). Absolutely love it, although I suppose there is still some more to discover (for example your Christmas Album - I already bought it but did not have the chance to listen to it yet). And the best part for me personally is that it is not "just" you enjoying making music together but enjoying it after a long, difficult path you had to walk. I could somehow feel it that day in Hyde Park although I had no idea as mentioned before. To quote ABBA: Thank you for the Music! And come to Austria soon ;-). And PS: I love your voice AND love the way Tim plays the piano - both very unique!
