as someone who has almost all of her skins, just go for the elite. the special is just not worth it, and it's the reason why it's the only skin of hers that i didn't even bother getting. the only thing good about that skin is the design, but even her basic skin looks better lol. but ofc it's still up to you :)

Idk but ruby is weak against high damage attack speed hereos. Like zilong, thamuz, argus, and that big hammer small man.
