PLEASE Can you do a dedicated video just for panic attacks and how you get through them. Yes it is so so common to literally avoid a singular place for even years, because of a panic attack. I so felt you in Costco cuz I'm the same way. Get in get out but then suffer the consequences inside😮😮😮😮
when I go grocery shopping and out shopping a lone I always wear my AirPods and listen to music, it relaxes me when I go out to public places
