Hello Dr. Dray. Speaking of Retinol, would you share your thoughts on ‘Retinol A 1%’ (Life Flow). I have been using it for over an year and can see the difference now on my face. My skin took some time to get used to this 1% concentration but your videos helped a lot to get through the ‘retinization’😊😊. Also, I started using ‘Skin Aqua’ (Japanese Sunscreen as I live in Tokyo) everyday even when I am home. Thanks to you again. Keep generating awareness and more power to you. Lots of Love❤️❤️
I use the Dr Brandt No More Needles version of the under eye firming cream. I like it better because it has a bit of peachy tint to it. I found that the PTR and Plexaderm were leaving a white cast. I’ve noticed that when I use the creams consistently I tend to get milia under my eye. Do you think that’s related?
There is a very gentle silicone face brush on Amazon (HieerBus Silicone Face Scrubber) and it’s great if you have very dry hands and using BP or SA face cleanser makes it worse. They come in pairs so you can scrub them together to create a lather or just to have one in each hand.
I'm just going to put this out there, as a woman in her 50s going through menopause, with fair skin/not so much collagen now, none of the anti ageing stuff works! Waste of money. Just moisturise/occlude your skin, that is the best. Drink lots of water, wear sunscreen and get good sleep. You are not going to fix your skin with products.
Kristen Krascek: I disagree. Retinol and/or Tretinoin absolutely work and make a distinct positive improvement even over simply moisturizing with a quality moisturizer. What works for you may not work for others. AHA/BHA products also work extremely well for exfoliating, the difference is night and day for my skin and millions of others.
dear dr. dray, my dermatologist was gave me retinA (tretinoin) when I have acne. she said this can made my eyes dried so tried not to put it too close to the eyes, or using eye drop if it too dry for me. I searched about it and found out, tretinoin and isotretinoin able to make dry eyes and conjunctivitis. so i want to ask, is it okay to use retinoid for eye cream? will it damage my eye for a long term using it? or should I use other ingredients for eye cream like peptide? I tried to search about it (retinol will damage the eyes) but found nothing. thank you for your answer.
Hi Dr. D. I love your channel! I’ve recently been diagnosed with dry eye and I’ve been told tretinoin can damage meibomian glands and to stop using it/it might be attributing to my disease by drying up those glands🫣. I’m so sad-I’ve used it for 15 years and have had great results.… I need a dupe recommendation please! And Thank you 😊
There is no dupe for tretinoin, any retinoid will be contributing to the dry eye and nothing topical comes close to retinoids. Procedures in an office would be the way to go I guess if you are bothered with anti-aging.
I've learned that daily sunscreen actually reduces age spots that are ALREADY there on your skin. Can anyone explain HOW that works ? Like what mechanism in sunscreen causes the degradation of age spots??
Sorry Dr Dray, love your videos but I’m Canadian, don’t have access to CVS and even if I did I wouldn’t go to the store because of that annoying noise! What were they thinking? Those poor employees 😢
I stopped shopping there because they refused to check you out and want you to check yourself out. They have someone standing there to watch you check yourself out, but that person will not check you out. I think if I have to check myself out, I should get a discount. But since there is no discount, I just shop at Walgreens now. Walgreens always has people to check me out.
Speaking of dry skin…I live in SoCal. My husband and I will sit outside in the early evening and his exposed legs and arms start itching like crazy. This doesn’t happen inside the house. He will apply lotion which helps…but what causes this? Anything recommendations?
you should make a video of you using the cvs coupons. they always give you extra bucks and percentages off and you can get the brand name stuff really cheap 😂

Omg I couldn’t finish the video… the ringing in the background was driving me nuts. I think my headache 🤕 made me sensitive to it.
Lol..me too. Omg.
@@Gypsygirl9 Turn off the volume, and watch with captions...:)

Happy Monday Dr Dray....see you tomorrow x💙🤩
You too!!
That Vaseline advanced repair has fragrance too, it’s just not on the ingredient list as “fragrance”, it’s listed as ethylene brassylate
Hmmm. There used to be a fragrance free version. Maybe they changed it? When I look online I see it says unscented and not fragrance free
Love the buzzing alarms. It is like being on a farm listening to the animals moo and cluck.
I would never use Tretinoin near your eyes. However, there are some specific retinol eye creams you might look into or ask your dermatologist about.
Happy Monday!
Happy Monday
Hi Dr.
Brenda Strege, don't use it near your eyes.
How do the employees at that CVS not go out of their minds having to hear those tones going off all day lon? As the good doc says, "Dios mio!"
Can you make a video about GALACTOMYCES?
OMGGGG THAT NOISEEEE
Speaking of dry skin…I live in SoCal. My husband and I will sit outside in the early evening and his exposed legs and arms start itching like crazy. This doesn’t happen inside the house. He will apply lotion which helps…but what causes this? Anything recommendations?
Allergies?
This was a great video , thank you! Loved going shopping lol
Enjoyed the info in the video - but this has got to be the world’s 🌍 busiest CVS 🔴 - the door ringer is still in my head
CVS is right around the corner from my house but it is SO expensive. Thank you for walking the familiar aisles. 😁
Same
These are so helpful! Thank you!
You found some great dupes at CVS ! Thanks for helping us save some precious coin Dr. Dray ! 😀😀
you should make a video of you using the cvs coupons. they always give you extra bucks and percentages off and you can get the brand name stuff really cheap 😂
Good idea
Oooh I saw some Eucerin stuff there next to the q10 moisturizer… are those toners or cleansers? I want Eucerin review dr dray because the bottles looks cool hehe.
