One might think that Jesus wrote on the ground solely to condemn the Pharisees for their lack of mercy for a woman who had been caught "in the very act", but what they also attempted to do was distort the Law by subtracting from it (Deuteronomy 4:1-2). They brought only the woman before Jesus, but not the man (Deuteronomy 22:22, Leviticus 20:10), and the sentence was not permitted to be carried out if both the woman *and* the man were not found in the act. As it happened, though, the Pharisee accusers would be guilty of violation of the 9th commandment - they were in clear violation of the Law they claimed to represent, and, at the same time, showed no regard for justice or truth (Deuteronomy 16:20). Little did I know that scripture tells us: John 8:1-11 8 But Yeshua went to the Mount of Olives. 2 At dawn, He came again into the Temple. All the people were coming to Him, and He sat down and began to teach them. 3 The Torah scholars and Pharisees bring in a woman who had been caught in adultery. After putting her in the middle, 4 they say to Yeshua, “Teacher, this woman has been caught in the act of committing adultery. 5 In the Torah, Moses commanded us to stone such women. So what do You say?” 6 Now they were saying this to trap Him, so that they would have grounds to accuse Him. But Yeshua knelt down and started writing in the dirt with His finger. 7 When they kept asking Him, He stood up and said, “The sinless one among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8 Then He knelt down again and continued writing on the ground. 9 Now when they heard, they began to leave, one by one, the oldest ones first, until Yeshua was left alone with the woman in the middle. 10 Straightening up, Yeshua said to her, “Woman, where are they? Did no one condemn you?” 11 “No one, Sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Yeshua said. “Go, and sin no more.” --------------------------- Yeshua was quoting the Torah when he said he who is without sin cast the first stone. Deuteronomy 19:15 15 A single witness shall not rise up against a person for any offense or sin 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑖𝑚𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 ℎ𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑑. By the word of two or three witnesses is a case to be established. See the scribes and Pharisees were trying to trap Yeshua: follow God's law and break Roman law or follow Roman law and break God's law. It was the "prefect catch 22". These men were only fullfillng the laws they wanted to, they were cherry picking the law! Yeshua reminded them that the only witness that could bring the woman before the house of Israel and Yhwh was a witness who had never committed the sin for which they were witnessing about. Remember what Yeshua said in Matthew 5:28? Yeshua who has never committed a sin against YHWH, who had knowledge of her sins was the only witness fit to judge her and bear witness. And according to the Torah you must have 2 or more witness for a death sentence. The witnesses were fulfilling the law that said stone an adultress to death for her sins but failed to acknowledge that they themselves were not fit to be witnesses. Why? Because they were each individually guilty of the sins they were trying to witness against the woman, big no no. *** Jeremiah 17:13 13 O LORD, the hope of Israel, all who abandon You will be put to shame. All who turn away will be written in the dust, for they have abandoned the LORD, the fountain of living water. ANSWER: Yahushua wrote: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄'𝐒 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 Starting with the eldest to the very last one.
In the law if a person caught someone in adultery both the man and the woman were to be put to death.. however they only brought the woman showing they had broken the law. So what he wrote was likely the very law they were indirectly claiming Yeshua did not know. So he likely was writting the two different aspects of the law. What he wrote we don’t know. I always assumed in my misunderstanding that he wrote the names of all the people that woman had slept with but we don’t know.
Yep. Implying that humans can be deceived into enforcing God's law based on biases or enforce it unjustly. This is why we have One Judge. The one that matters.
Judah was the 4th son of Jacob, but the right of the first-born was passed to him: Ruben got disqualified for sleeping with Jacob's concubine, and also Simeon and Levi were brutal in their revenge for Dinah, their sister who was raped by Shechem. So the right of inheritance (first-born) was passed to Judah. That is why Jacob prophesied over Judah before his passing that the "scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, until he to whom it belongs shall come, and the obedience of the nations will be his." It referred to the Messiah.
There is an interesting arab proverb, write the good things done in stone, write the bad things done to you in sand. (And I have always interpreted it to encapsulate forgiveness). The scribes and phari(see's) were knuckle heads..😅
Yâhusha did not come to condemn. He wrote the word "man" since man was already cursed to let the Pharisees know - the law states both man and woman should be presented for trial. Thus ... he was telling them they were in error to bring only the woman. This would make them passive to His next move to teach people the value of mercy with the words. "Let he who is without sin be the one to cast the first stone." This also teaches us the importance of knowing the scripture so we are wise to the schemes of satan.
Jeremiah 17 says the names of those who have forsaken God will be written in the dust, because they have forsaken the Lord, the spring of living water. Jesus wrote in the dust on the same day of the feast that the priests would draw from the living water of the temple and ask God to provide living water for His people. DANGGGG
So many conjectures, which is OK, if identified as such. To say them as fact, as if they are Written is wrong. Every Word of God is important. Adding things onto them can be different from the true meanings God actually ascribes to them, and can subtlety change them.
A lot of Education hides Truth but a little Knowledge reveals the Glory of the living God, in Heaven, which is his name and character, and his creations perfect design, that’s finely tuned! Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. The woman was setup so the Religious Leaders could tempt Jesus Christ. Just like we all do today. Luckily in those days they held the 10 Commandment Law in high regard, even though they didn’t keep the spirit of the Law. Essentially, they were lying! Jesus would have written this on the dirt, just like he did when he wrote on the dirt, the stone tablets on Mt Sinai. This is the way! A lot of Education hides Truth!
Jesus was in the temple teaching. I'm not seeing how you could say He was writing in the dust. The temple had stone floors not dirt. In fact it makes more since that He would write on the stone floor, just like the stone tablets
Jesus was writing the sins the priests & pharisees had been committing in secret. That's why after he finished writing, he said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." They recognized the sins they had committed and they decided to let the whole matter go.
Nah, that text is just a cross-reference from Deuteronomy where God writes the law in stone with his finger. Jesus is doing the same on the ground because he's God and the Jews are trying to use the law against God. This is what people need to see and that's the importance of the text. Besides, the Jews brought only the woman before Jesus, when the law stated that both man and woman are guilty. In short, the Jews knew the man but they were hypocritically protecting him.
He is from the tribe of Judah because Judah is the fourth son of Jacob, this is important because on the fourth day of creation the sun was created, and if you read the creation story it says the sun seperates you from darkness, also the fourth feast of YAH is the feast of pentecost shavout, when the word of Yah spoke in mount sinai, its a day of athority, like when the deciples got the power. The fourth spirit from Isiah 11:1 is the spirit of Yahweh, the spirits are, wisdom ,understanding, councel (4) spirit YHWH (5) power, knowledge, and (7) is fear or referance. The fourth letter of the hebrew letter is dalat whitch means door, I am the door of the sheep. Amen
With the Woman they brought to be stoned, where was the other person she committed the act with? Or was it an act of Voyeurism? Whatever the case, we know this, they cast her at his feet for the Sin, he told her to “go & sin no more” Sounds exactly like the 3 friends of Job, legally correct, but lacking the truth & spirit of God in their words & reasoning.
Man, Jesus was time traveling, he even talked to Moses on moun sinai, remember when Moses went on a mountain to talk to God? Well when Jesus transfigured on the mountain, he was talking to Moses AND Elijah, who ALSO talked to God on a mountain. Could it be? That when Jesus spoke to Moses and Elijah, that he spoke to them in the past while being in the present? I believe it to be true.
Jesus was writing the word of God upon the stony mosaics of the floor using a stone or an implement, like the common prophets used to, there was no sand there and he did not certainly write with his finger this error has crept in during translation. Also this is the same place near Gabbatha where Jesus himself would be judged and handed over for crucifixion by Pilate.
God wrote the "ten words" according to Hebrew with his finger of fire. Jesus being God in flesh may have written in the dirt with a WET FINGER so all could have easily seen. After all Jesus said He was the living water. They did not take Jesus at His word.
i have yet to find one of your works, that are wrong, out right wrong. It is comforting to see one being true, giving what GOD gave you, the truth, it is a choice not a doing, a rest and not a work, and it is the only way to GOD. So here, is what i got to help you. The kneeling in the dust, Jesus does not accuse the woman, why? Because GOD already did, go back to the garden, she doesn't get the choice of the curse, men do. She is chastised. Now see the men, come to accuse her, they go out eldest to youngest, that is time, time itself they shall all perish as the dust. But if you a man, believe the first account, you must believe that the daughters, are chastised already, blood/childbirth, pains and sorrow. so man is dust, thus the son of man goes to dust, believing GOD. Then see Jesus goes low, dust, the covering to the woman, waiting on GOD. like it reads, wait upon THE LORD. Now see they all vanish, waiting on GOD, and then see he rises, going low. Now notice the judgement, JESUS himself does not judge her either. She says, what THE LORD GOD has done, "No man my LORD," thus all men will perish in their judging her that is already judged, chastised. She is life he is dust. Thus Jesus does the same thing that the father in heaven has done. he sends her out, chastised, blood/childbirth, pains, sorrow, and to her husband, and he will have rule over her. If you do not cover your women, as these men did, you will go out eldest to youngest, until one does, and if none do, then Jesus will, have rule over her as her husband. Thus it is the first account all over again. your not wrong on the heart, the command, but as THE FATHER IS ONE EVEN FOR THE CHRIST, because he marries to us, the father is only married to holy spirit wisdom herself, the only bride THE FATHER WILL EVER TAKE, the rest are under the daughters, all his, ONE father equals, all daughters his, and the sons must be begotten, why the Quran says, GOD never took a son, that would be unequal. that is true, we must take the father's word, to be begotten. and we males are the bride of Christ, and the women are our brides. The husband is to be the father to his bride first, why the father gives her. See the oath, vow, is the BONE OF BONE, marked in stone forever to come, even from heaven, the pillars, THE LORD bears up himself. now see Lot's wife is a pillar of salt, Salt never thrown out, and pillars THE LORD bears up himself. see you ps45, isa 40:1-3 she daughters are Jerusalem itself, the pearl , the gate, each one of them, Rev 2:20-23, now see that Jezebel is daughter of the oath, see that bed is Heb 13:4, see she is life, and all living things have a covering. so then Christ is showing the whole truth, if you do not cover your women, the daughters of THE KING ONE FATHER, you will go out one by one, eldest to youngest, as time goes, and the men that go low will be brought high, and take your daughters, having rule over them as husband covering them. Again Isa 40:1-3 electedroyalty.com
I'm not saying you're wrong by any means but one of my spiritual mentors told me He was writing the names of each of the men's mistresses. That's why they left one by one. When they saw the name of the woman they were having an affair with they knew He knew and they decided they better leave.
Of course it was Jesus for no one has seen God's (the Father) face at any time. Moses talked to God (the Word who bcame the only begotten Son) who came in the flesh to reveal the Father. According to the Bible, God (the Father) will not arrive until AFTER the millennium when all sin has been destroyed. THEN, and only then, will the City of God descend.

8 But Yeshua went to the Mount of Olives.
Did no one condemn you?”
11 “No one, Sir,” she said.
“Then neither do I condemn you,” Yeshua said. “Go, and sin no more.”
---------------------------
Yeshua was quoting the Torah when he said he who is without sin cast the first stone.
Deuteronomy 19:15
15 A single witness shall not rise up against a person for any offense or sin 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 ℎ𝑒 ℎ𝑖𝑚𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓 ℎ𝑎𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑑.

Jeremiah 17:13
13 O LORD, the hope of Israel, all who abandon You will be put to shame. All who turn away will be written in the dust, for they have abandoned the LORD, the fountain of living water.

Another thing is that even though they caught her in the act, they never brought the man, just the woman.
Yep. Implying that humans can be deceived into enforcing God's law based on biases or enforce it unjustly.
This is why we have One Judge. The one that matters.
I always think about that, too
Never fails to impress me...every time I read it.
A double up 🙏🏾
EXACTLY! Dont forget Jeremiah 17:1, it goes with Jeremiah 17:13. Jeremiah 17:1, "The sins of Judah is written with an iron stylus....."
The 3 answers God gives to prayer are yes, no, and wait.
We are just waiting right now for our Grooms return. Oh Lord, we are a Chruch waiting for you! We are ready when you are Jesus!
"Let he who is without sin be the one to cast the first stone."
This also teaches us the importance of knowing the scripture so we are wise to the schemes of satan.
For the sake of argument what you stated makes no sense.
Amen
Some notes and study Bible say that these scriptures were not original they were added later
Jesus was in the temple teaching. I'm not seeing how you could say He was writing in the dust. The temple had stone floors not dirt. In fact it makes more since that He would write on the stone floor, just like the stone tablets
the place where JESUS WROTE ON THE GROUND WAS AT A PLACE THAT WAS PAVED WITH PAVING STONES JESUS LITERALY WROTE ON STONE BEFORE THIER VERY EYES
Jesus was writing the sins the priests & pharisees had been committing in secret. That's why after he finished writing, he said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." They recognized the sins they had committed and they decided to let the whole matter go.
This verse was not in the original manuscripts and was added later on
Nah, that text is just a cross-reference from Deuteronomy where God writes the law in stone with his finger.
Do some research because this story was not in many early manuscripts. I was shocked to hear that it might not have happened
Amen
What animated cartoon(s) is this?
Kristen was the eighth to be added

Where was the other (male) participant of adultery.
With the Woman they brought to be stoned, where was the other person she committed the act with?
Or was it an act of Voyeurism?
Whatever the case, we know this, they cast her at his feet for the Sin, he told her to “go & sin no more”
Sounds exactly like the 3 friends of Job, legally correct, but lacking the truth & spirit of God in their words & reasoning.
I wondered. Which denomination is this guy? Just curious
I havent even listened to your video yet & I always believed he wrote " WHERE IS THE MAN SHE WAS CAUGHT WITH?".
It was clearly Jesus who wrote the laws for Moses, same Jesus gave His eternal name to Moses also.
I heard another theory .. Jesus was writing their sins in ground.. make sense cause Bible said they do things not able speak about
I believe He wrote thou shall not lie...
JESUS wrote a letter to Pontius Pillate
He writes all over the youtube church walls using my finger posting letters. yes it was Jesus talking to Moses.
Maybe he wrote the names of the men who committed adultery with her, because she did not commit it by herself
He wrote In The Sand because he forgot his iPad!
The kneeling in the dust,
Jesus does not accuse the woman, why?
She says, what THE LORD GOD has done, "No man my LORD,"
thus all men will perish in their judging her that is already judged, chastised.
Again Isa 40:1-3

wrong jeremiah 17:13
I'm not saying you're wrong by any means but one of my spiritual mentors told me He was writing the names of each of the men's mistresses. That's why they left one by one. When they saw the name of the woman they were having an affair with they knew He knew and they decided they better leave.
One theory is that Jesus wrote the names if the women that the pharisees committed adultery with.
May be? 😂
Because he wasn’t able to buy an iPad yet?
Of course it was Jesus for no one has seen God's (the Father) face at any time. Moses talked to God (the Word who bcame the only begotten Son) who came in the flesh to reveal the Father. According to the Bible, God (the Father) will not arrive until AFTER the millennium when all sin has been destroyed. THEN, and only then, will the City of God descend.

Which scripture is this?
HE SIDNT HAVE A PIN AND PAPER!!!!!,
I love your desire to share the word but few of these are solid connections. I’ve seen your videos where you approach scripture with the mind of man, and some where you express the wisdom of God.
Look, a child can scribble in the ground, that doesnt mean he can write. People who knew who to write wrote on papirus, not on the ground, like little kids 😂😂😂
Not why, but what ? No one knows, cause obviously he didnt know how to write.
