I think what’s good about his music tho is even tho I don’t relate to his struggle everyone has a struggle you can replace for your own and can relate to what he says in a different way.

Most his songs he didn’t even write, he just put on a beat and sang his heart out, he’d be on the beat for 3 minutes, have a hit, another 3 another hit, and again, then pick the best, man has so much potential, it’s a shame man, addiction and depression really isn’t as talked about as it should, and his music really brings it all to light and shows what him and many others go through mentally
You should listen to the already dead studio version, its exactly as you said, finished the song in about 40 min
He used to write but he made music faster and could make it sound natural so he learn to freestyling until he mastered it...I still believe he was yet in his prime
a lot of them he'd go line by line too, til he got it right, then keep that take, come up with another. It's really cool listening to his Studio Sessions like for this song, or 734, or even the stream he recorded All Girls are the Same in and freestyled the second verse in like 3 takes and an overdub

yeah, he didn't write it but have you watched the studio session of this? He punches in lines. So he freestyled one line until he got what sounded best and then punched it in and moved on to the next line.

They are dropping upbeat stuff with the documentary, don't worry! Not sure how many upbeat tracks, but it's confirmed there will be a few. Additionally, The Party Never Ends, which was an album of his that was supposed to come out this summer and was supposedly be much more hype, was delayed until next year because the documentary / soundtrack to it were coming much earlier than expected (several months faster) so they pushed back that album to avoid releasing too much too quickly. Hype juice is coming with this documentary soundtrack, and definitely next year too!

@Synn Abyss I wouldn't say worse i would just say he stayed addicted... but as far as suicidal feelings and the depression vibes this song is giving. This is how he felt in March 2018 when he made this song, he made happy songs especially after meeting ally, you can still be addicted and happy. However he was sad because he couldn't kick the addiction but as far as him not saying "he's going to never Live again" i truly don't think he was feeling that way at his death. He had little better outlook on life at the end and was looking to do something about kicking the habit or at least toning it down

In 2019 I was suicidal. I attempted it various times. My life was an absolute trainwreck. Everywhere I went I would listen to Juice WRLD. It was comforting knowing I wasn't the only one struggling. He really did save my life and I miss him. I wish I could have met him, I never did but yet somehow he still feels like a brother to me. Maybe it's because we are pretty much the same age 😔🕊️👑

Some fun facts about this song: This song was recorded on March 20th, 2018 under the name “Relapse” it was also recorded with other songs such as Let it Go, Untitled (Gucci Purse) and more. The file name straight from the studio is 03.20.18 Juice Wrld - Relapse V1 and was comprised of only 158 vocal takes. The name “Already Dead” comes from the Juice WRLD fan community calling it that after hearing the 2 snippets that Juice himself previewed years ago. A few months ago Lil Bibby (Juice’s manager) said he will look for this song and put it on the next album. A little after that tweet it was confirmed he found this song and he wanted to let the fans know he is listening to them by calling it “Already Dead” as well as releasing this song. This song was thought to be lost until Bibby found it.
U should watch the snipped of him in the car vibing to this song. It’s actually very uplifting and it sounds so good.
Already Dead was recorded in 2018 same time as Goodbye and Good Riddance, wanted to add that as I fear a lot of people think it was made at the end out of sadness and depression but it was really just a predictive freestyle. Unfortunately with a lot of OD posthumous artists u get the picture of sadness at death when it wasn’t true. Juice, Peep and Mac Miller all have really amazing happy music from the end that we will hear one day but unfortunately they are pinned as sad at the end

This song was recorded during a recording session from March 19th and March 20th of 2018. Other songs recorded during this session include “Gucci Purse”, “Let it go” and “Devil Horns”. Nick Mira produced “Already Dead” and juice shared a 10 second snippet which was all the community had of this song for 3 years until it leaked/released.

There will be a documentary about juice on HBO on the 16th of december, a week after the album, ive been waiting for so long for all this and i dont knwo if you have read about all the drama the last half year. Juice’s label have been horrible towards us and there has been alot of drama because of songs leaking.
