Is there is rule in Haryana that an employee should purchase the medicine within three days of prescription given by the doctor otherwise reimbursement is not allowed. One SO told regarding this to me
Yes it is provided in medical rules.
एक ओर बात वो यह कि Doctor ने दवाई लिखी है तुरंत इलाज के लिए ।
आप तीन दिनों के अंदर भी दवाई नही खरीदते तो आप बीमार नही हैं ।

Option for Open medical reimbursement can be changed from the date of issue of Chronic disease certificate or there after as you want to opt and it can also be changed as per your option for fixed medical allowance at any time as you want to opt.

As prescribed by your doctor (which is not limited by govt). There is a time limit for submission of medical reimbursement bill within six months after completion of treatment. But treatment of chronic disease is not completed, therefore the employees are drawn medical reimbursement bill in piece meal for the prescription of their treatment for 3-6 months. This period of treatment is shown continue in the essential certificate of medical reimbursement bill.
