    In this video Nik Farooqui shows a concept that originates from the Filipino Martial Arts "Limb Destructions." In specific, the technique is called "Gunteng" which literally means Scissor and is named that because of its scrissoring motion of the arms.
    This tactic is a great addition to your self defense arsenal because it allows you to maintain a slightly greater distance from the attacker to avoid getting hit, but gives you the ability to attack their limbs.

    Except ZERO Destruction demonstrated. You're "Impariring" the limb. Destruction happens at the midpoints of crossmembers - forearm, elbow, knee, femur, tibia, fibula - these are "destruction points".
