I consider myself good at printers, did not occur to me to use the virtual port. I read the readme with the guide and they kept asking me to find the IP which made no sense as it was on USB. Thanks.

The driver is not specially provided by Ricoh, But available some drivers in the "Apple Support Section".

If you download and install after setup
1. Open 'System Preference' and Click 'Printers & Scanner'
2. Click the '+' symbol then IP
3. Type the IP address of the device.
Ensure 'Protocol' is set to LPD
4. Give your printer an easily recognisable name & location
Click Add
5. Select the printer on the left & click the 'Options & Supplies' button
6. Then 'Options', 'Option Tray' & 'Lower Paper Trays'
7. If you have a Finisher installed. Select the model here. Otherwise leave it
Click Ok
After you use print command some normal setting setup....
Any problem Just Comment........
