He’s not just a minimum wage security guard, he was a war vet first. This is why you always get a lawyer no matter what happened, who you are or even if you want to help.
You know what jumped at me when I watched this episode? The assumption that a security guard must be too stupid to observe and analyze the situation. Complete deniability of this guy’s intelligence. It’s scary and clearly dangerous.
Agree!! May victim's soul rest in peace, but the details that "only the killer would know" didn't seem like details only the killer would know! It seemed like normal details a war vet witness would notice. He knows guns and shooting angles and he may have just been too enthusiastic about sharing his theories on what happened.
Yes that was scary the way they all decided he must have done it . I have a weird feeling the reason he told so much of his theory is because maybe in the back of his mind he thought the police would somehow tell his bosses are the head of the security company that the guy really knows his stuff and should get a promotion ... I know that sounds weird but the guy was afraid he'd get blamed for the murder but didn't think that giving all that information could make him look guilty . He made his worst nightmare come true ... that's why I think somewhere in the back of his mind he was looking for some kind of praise for figuring out how the crime went down . Poor guy lost 11 years of his life because he didn't keep his mouth shut
What's also scary and clearly dangerous is the fact that it seems the detectives have not yet done a DNA swab from the gang member guy in the car next to hers who had a history of carjacking had even stolen a car like hers and even had the same type gun that killed her . Why haven't they done the DNA test ... maybe they have ? Guess I'm going to have to research this . Once they are able to prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that this guy was innocent when somebody else shows up on the DNA test this security guard would qualify for a major lawsuit and payout
As a security guard, we are not allowed to touch a person unless they are in immediate danger. We are not allowed to give cpr or first aid. We are to observe and report.
My apologies but you have been trained incorrectly. You may be protecting the company from liability but you will surely be held accountable for not providing aid. It’s a contradiction to say you can only act during immediate danger and then say you can’t give cpr first aid which almost certainly falls under the conditions of immediate danger. If your company trained you in first aid cpr then you have a duty to use it. There are state local laws in place and you should educate yourself before you find yourself in a bad place: I believe this guy should have done cpr/first aid but did not due to his experience in the military and belief that the woman would die either way. We should all understand that if we are first on scene to a murder we will be a likely suspect. Put it like this , even if you did shoot someone out of self defense go ahead and administer cpr first aid… you aren’t doing it for them, your doing it for you.
His he? He is the WORSE innocent. The way he spoke about her twisting, being alive and he not helping - the reaction to the question if he felt Angry for being in prison... That makes anyone wonder.
@@sitcomsTV No, it makes YOU wonder. Most people will just accept the fact that was obvious from the start, which is the fact that he's innocent. From the start, it seemed preposterous to me that they'd think a security guard would commit a random murder while working, on his shift, on a territory that he was patrolling. It made no sense to me whatsoever. I understand if he was moonlighting as a killer - dressed in black, sneaking up on people, unnoticed. But not on his shift, at his work place! This theory was so stupid. stupid as those goddamn jurors who condemned a man to life on prison based on ZERO physical evidence! Idiots, driven by emotions.
11 years!?….. 11 years of his life taken away because they didn’t look into other people that were in the car park💔 this is so heartbreaking for both families, have they closed the case now? Was anyone else arrested for it?
Most horrific part of the first case is the suspect was wealthy. Wealthy enough to buy a brand new truck if he wanted one so badly. Why steal? Why kill? What a horrible piece of sh!t
It wasn’t about the truck. It was about the thrill of the crime. Remember how he was a thief (without murder) when he was younger? That wasn’t for the stolen goods, either. It was for the thrill. He could have bought anything he wanted. I hope he lives a long life and has lots of years to rot in prison.
Rich people have a different code of morality than the rest of us. They can use influence and money to keep out of jail for most crimes. If a poor person parks in the wrong place, they get fined $1,000, so they won't do it; a rich person, who can afford it, thinks "So it costs $1,000 to park here."
@oscargreat If you feel like getting into the correction business, you might want to take note that the missing apostrophe is a punctuation mark and is therefore a grammar issue, not spelling. Incidentally, my eyesight isn't the best so some things do get past me - you might want to think about that before stomping on people from a distance.
@@googleuser3665 I've seen other situations just like that where the wrongly imprisoned was compensated the average yearly income and a 'sorry'. One guy I remember was like 23 when he went into prison and released at like 41. Basically, he lost the two decades of your life that is not only when you are in your (most people) prime health but also the most crucial to the outcome (marriage, kids, career, travels, etc.) of life. And being I'm 41 I can say for sure there is no way to start over.
It makes no sense to me cops decided Ray did it just because he has experience of gunshots? Very sad that this young lady lost her life over a car although i dont blame her for not surrendering it. Sounds like they threatened her out of her car at gun point & when she refused (bruised their ego in front of their friends) they shot her & took off. Shame the monster that did it is still on the streets.
Cops Only get Promotion Stripes , higher Wages , Bigger house , Prestige , fulfillment of ego social acclaim etc etc via Convictions and Success Rate ! What does that tell you ? Incentive to be Bent ......
Imagine being a veteran and the country you fought for wrongfully accused, charged, and imprisoned you. 11 years is a lot of time to lose, I would have sued the city for defamation.
He did sue & was awarded $538000 for 11 years of wrongful incarceration. That comes to about $49 per year. That Wasn’t compensation that was an insult.
That security guard Ray should sue the local government for his lost years and their stupidity. Idiot detectives, idiot district attorneys. (No gunshot residue on unarmed Ray's hands, arms and uniform! Someone else's DNA under the girl's fingernails?! Unbelievable ineptitude.) He and his family need to be reimbursed for them taking 12 years of his life on this case. This infuriates me. THANK GOD for the new lawyer and his vigilant son! They give me a glimmer of hope for the justice system. This show dropped the ball on this one, because after they show Ray is acquitted, they STILL connote that he might be guilty, just to make the story interesting. This was written very poorly and irresponsibly. They owe him an apology for this segment in my opinion. Lastly, as tragic as this was for the murder victim and her family, the father gets little sympathy from me. He would actually see this Ray go to prison, destroying his life, his fiance and his 5 children's lives. All to make him feel good. Mentioning that Ray only made minimum wage was rude, unnecessary and very telling of his classism. Ray served his country in the military and is a war veteran and busted his ass in an evening job to make money for his family. There is NO evidence Ray the security guard committed this crime. None. The burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove his guilt. They failed. Sue them!
That missing earing really solved the crime for me. How can the cops ignore such astoundingly glaring evidence and let a man rot in jail? Cops are criminals for not bringing that information to the judicial system. After a conviction exculpatory evidence ought hold weight
Yeah, that comment about his guilt simply because he was a "minimum wage" security guard is beyond idiotic. Most people don't even get the salary they deserve, and your salary does not reflect your life's experience, education, level of knowledge or interest. It is heart breaking to think this man who served his country, was a security guard and was willing to put his life on the line, and had 5 kids relying on him was falsely imprisoned based on ridiculous presumptions and lost 11 years in addition to his reputation, ability to get another job, etc. So much damage to a family because of lazy cops. Deserved far more than $500,000.
@@Ilanahnah half a million dollars for 11 years of prison and lost time with family. Jean Carroll got 85 Million dollars because Trump defame her. What happen to Jean did not compare to what happen to the security guard. Not to mention those two poll workers who got 150 Millions from defamation lawsuit against Giuliani. Looks like getting defame is worth more than losing years of your life in prison, this world is backwards.
How could anyone think Ray (security guard) did that? That pissed me off and the fact that her dad still thinks Ray's involved is sickening. Poor guy did eleven years for nothing. I hope he got a significant amount of compensation. You can 100% tell Ray is innocent here. Innocent people just don't comply and give statements and openly talk. But now days you should not answer any questions with out contacting an attorney first. Ray's only mistake was that he willingly opened his mouth and spoke to the lazy detectives and they rail-roaded him. I guarantee you if he had an attorney from the beginning he would not have spent a day in jail. It's mind boggling he did 11 years.
Ikr! I remember when my partner did a security gaurd course, it's full on, you have to be so vigilant and write very detailed reports, from moment to moment. Add to that his military training. Not fair aye, no good deed...

I watch a lot of these lately and tons of these people would still be alive if they trusted their gut instinct. Always follow that in life. RIP to this poor man
No, it actually went fast. Since it wasn't 11 years when that kid in the computer told his father: "Hey, maybe this guy is innocent". Until then no one was trying to fish him out. And why should they? For all the evidences shown in court a jury of people found him guilty. Not the police - the police only shows up with a suspect. The court does the rest.
No offense but could it be that the jury at Jennings’ case that convicted him were not very fair or intelligent? There was absolutely no direct or circumstantial evidence connecting him to the shooting.
It's common sense that if you're the shooter and murdered someone, you wouldn't stay and call 911 and stay there. How do they find that man guilty? smh 🤨
Michelle deserves justice however her father seems like he’s just trying to take anyone down for it. I understand he is grieving and it must feel awful but him accusing an innocent man is not helping anyone.
He does not believe he his innocent. No hard unquestionable evidence as been shown. For many years the father replayed all the facts in his mind. The truth is it is still possible for him to be guilty. The just reverse it but he could be found guilty again with the same evidence. His testemony was the worse evidence. His reply to the reporter question about his feelings about being in jail for 11 years very, very... uncanny. More close to a guilty person in my perspective. "Oh, I don't mind... because I've learn from it". REALLY??? 11 years away from your children? Living in hell with dangerous criminals? _ Not the reaction of an innocent man at all. That part trigger some red alarm to me.
It distracts from finding the true murderer. Focus needs to be on finding WHO really did it. WHEN they get that person, IF the guard was involved at all, they will talk.
@@sitcomsTV Uh...He stated that he WAS angry. He never said he didn't mind. Do you know the meaning of the word uncanny? He was being interviewed for a tv show. It happened, he can't change that. No gunshot residue, didn't own the type of gun, etc. Another man in the parking lot owned that gun, was a carjacker, stole the same kind of car four months later.
You can tell Ray Jennings is innocent. This is a sad miscarriage of justice. Like someone else said the father and definitely the police had tunnel vision.

The POINT is that there WAS NO EVIDENCE that he murdered this girl. Period. None. They were idiots. The gunshot residue test on security guard Ray, who was unarmed, should have answered everything.
The story made me angry at their stupidity. People need to make sure others are aware that their photos have been taken and uploaded to someone that will take the appropriate action if anything nefarious occurrs. Not only take their photo but photo their ID, no ID then no test drive. NTM who the heck does a test drive at night? Tim and his wife did not use any common-sense and they both paid for it. This is as stupid as getting in a ride-share vehicle or taxi without taking a photo of the vehicle's license plate and telling the driver what you have done. I am a man and have had a taxi driver in Rio de Janeiro refuse to take me after I have done this. That tells me all I needed to know about him.
I avoid people whenever possible, and haven't worked for years. I own 6 homes and have put my property in the name of a 'shadow' company. I randomly stay at my different residences. People are dangerous...
You can tell by the way the security guard is speaking, that he’s innocent. He was just doing his job and being vigilant. Poor guy, hope he got some justice.
He's a greedy, spoiled, narcissistic psychopath who was born into a rich family and killed his own father for that fortune. The *worst* of the *worst* type of evil.

Why is this man so obsessed with him being minimum wage?! All signs point to him having no involvement. This is why people don’t want to be witnesses or help. I’ve seen too many cases where the first person to find the body or report the person missing is blamed.
I know the father is flooded with mixed emotions over the loss of his daughter, but the fact he feels the way he does about Raymond Jennings just blows my mind. We are supposed to be aware of our surroundings. We are supposed to be able to give as much detail as possible to the police. It's absolutely disgusting and heartbreaking that the very country and police he has fought to protect have completely failed him. He is trained military for God's sake! Everyone involved in his arrest and conviction is a joke and should spend the rest of their lives unable to have disturbed sleep. The only part about this WHOLE case, is HIM being charged prosecuted and sent to prison. Ppl get shot over absolutely nothing everyday. Yes it's heartbreaking Michelle died the way she did, but this stuff happens every single day. That gives the judicial system no right to ruin a completely INNOCENT and WILLINGLY HELPFUL BYSTANDER'S LIFE!!!
When your loved one is murdered, then everyone points to somebody, and they connect all the dots for you as the police did, you just internalize it, and it becomes a believe detached from logic, that is impervious to new facts. He needed to make someone pay for his daughter's murder and the cops told him this is the guy, the jury convicted, how could they all be wrong, how could he go back to square one where the person who done it isn't punished, and accept the guilt of victimizing someone for 11 years... that's a hard place to come back from... especially if you are in the middle of it all and don't have the benefit of unbiased vantage point as the rest of us... the real blame fall on the cops for the lazy job they did on this case.
Raymond Jennings was not just a security guard. He was an incredibly fine human being. Gracious at the end toward a grieving father. Defiant, strong, yet at peace at the beginning. I hope he got a huge settlement, even though none was mentioned.
I hope he sued that police department up and down...this is the perfect example of why people don't come forward or intervene when things like this happens..smdh
Why? Don't confuse detective work with courts. The police just points out the suspect, it up to the courts to decide, BASED ON EVIDENCE GIVEN, if the detectives got the right or wrong person. In this case there was no BAD detective work. In some I've seen there were so many bad decisions even evidence tempering. Specially if you live in Texas! LOL. But not this one. Police as nothing to fear, they followed leads.
So sad. A wonderful man trying to better his family and two good for nothings who had everything decide to rob, kill, extinguish and destroy his remains. His wife distraught and begging for him to be released but, oh no those heartless scumbags had no intention of leaving him live. But, T.G a man who had previously put a car up for sale but, was built like a tank .....but, his Eagle eye and description of the tattoo one of them had helped catch them.
As horrible as it is I hope somebody can learn something from this story . Pay attention to what your intuition is telling you and respect that intuition . People coming to meet you in the evening you should tell them if they're not there by a certain time ( early and in daylight ) forget it, it will have to be rescheduled . And most importantly try to meet at the police station or police station parking lot to sell things . Maybe also upon first communicating with prospective buyers tell them you need to see their valid driver's license ... and make sure text or send a copy of it to someone you trust in case something happens to you

The father is a low life. He is the type of person who looks down on others and has that holier than thou type of bad attitude. He had the audacity to call the army vet a minimum wage security guard.
This is exactly why I don’t talk to the cops. They can just decide that you’ll be responsible for some random murder and there’s nothing you can do about it.
How sad the way we treated our Veteran Ray Jennings. I bought a nice truck for my son when he was very young & made it very CLEAR to him NEVER put up a fight if somebody tries to steal it; that HIS life was more valuable than the truck. The victim's father obviously is placing misguided ANGER because he FAILED to tell his daughter that SHE was MORE precious than the truck. It is easy for him to blame our Veteran instead of accepting his part of the blame.
I know a guy that stabbed his wife to death in front of their 2 year old when she got home from work. He thought she was cheating on him but she was working overtime. He confessed and did 10 years for 2nd degree murder. This poor guy did 11 years. No gun, no gun residue just plain sad.
As I see it, the father most likely did not have a military background. I was married to a Nam Vet that was able to gather detailed information in seconds, just like Mr. Jennings. It was instant life or death for combat Vets. They gathered detailed information in seconds in order to stay alive just like Mr. Jennings did that night. My husband’s ability to size up situations and gather details instantly was now a part of him even after he came home. He saw things I never paid any attention to. I was always amazed by this ability. It’s sad that the police department, his attorney, the public, or other Vets did not come to bat for Mr. Jennings early on. When I heard him give the details that he did to the police and then what he said in court about being an innocent man, I heard a military man giving incredible details and a totally innocent man stating that he was going to prison the innocent man that he is. No question. The victim’s father is angry, grieving and probably blames himself for having not been there to help his precious daughter. Grieving takes time. I hope he is also able to forgive himself for blaming Mr. Jennings in the future. Thank goodness Mr. Jennings is a true man and can allow the victim’s father to have his time being angry at the wrong person.
Wow. Your response, Kathryn was so much more graceful than mine. I was a little hard on the father I guess. I totally agree with your assessments regarding Ray (Mr. Jennings). Glad he is now free. Anyway, much gratitude to your husband for his service to our country.
Man I knew a nam vet who worked with me. Old af but he told me he could smell my period blood cus of his time back in Vietnam. Man I still feel self conscious til this day cus I'm especially cautious when on my cycle.
Yep, the only thing he is guilty of is trying to help too much and speculating about what occurred. You don't need to be a genius to speculate that she attempted to drive away and they shot her and so she crashed. Anyone could see that at a glance. At one point the father says, "he knew too much for a minimum wage security guard" and then later says, "why didn't he immediately give assistance, it makes no sense for a trained infantryman". So he's too dumb to put two and together and simultaneously too highly trained not to save her life. The father just wants someone to pay and I am certain the jury has seen the father in local media.
@@orionxtc1119 The police should test his gun’s barrel to the shell casing from the bullet casing they found at the crime scene. Tim's biggest mistake is telling the investigators his opinions and talking too much.
Question to all . Why didn’t he checked her polls when he stated in the interview he saw a polls ? Why didn’t he called 911 and let them make that call. He incriminated himself . Just an observation at that point.. and i don’t know much of this case but I know it wasn’t a carjacking. And from the view they told the father i would not blame him. It just shows the truth is always around the corner but yes just because they want to solve a murder case they crab everything they can. So yes definitely tunnel vision..
This is sad , over a truck!! Tim’s poor family and his wife even said “it’s just a truck, I need him” my heart is broken forever after hearing that and watching that interview of her. This is heart wrenching ! How can anyone be so cruel !!!
This last guy who was wrongfully convicted should sue the heck out of that state! That's 11 years of his life he can not get back! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The system is a bunch of BS!
It is dsgusting, the US legal system! So many innocent people in prison because of some lawyers ego to convict just anybody with the same mindset as her father!
I'm apalled by people, including the victim's dad, who think a "mere" security guard wouldn't be "smart enough" or "qualified enough" to have the observational skills and awareness to actually describe what he saw, especially a vet who witnessed war and could describe injuries intricately.
Thats because he probably never served. And why bring class into it? A "minimum wage security guard" as if he doesn't have eyes and ears that work. He was just grasping at straws
The 2nd story is just another example of why you should never be so candid with police. Detectives "Tell us the order in which you THINK she was shot. Of course we know you didn't do it! but a different perspective is always helpful." 👀 You can see he's a young guy just working security to make a living, a veteran already, still riding the adrenaline rush of what just happened and he was prob impressed by the detectives, trying to help as much as he could, not even realizing the grave he was inadvertently digging for himself.
Now, I understand why nobody willing to step forward when a case happens. They don't want to take the blame just because they are "too comprehend the situation."
He was given everything in life and still turned out to be a pos. It's the old nature vs. nurture question again. What contributed more to him becoming the person that he is?
You'd be surprised how much they really don't have everything. Like PEACE, happiness and being content. Outside we think they have everything...trust me they DON'T!!! And they seem to enjoy seeing others get hurt or destroyed. That's characteristic of sad people.
If that father truly wanted justice for his daughter he should be objective. What he thinks happened is irrelevant compared to what the evidence is saying. There is zero evidence that Mr. Jennings has something to do with the shooting. Now your daughter may not see justice because of your short sightedness. Is that what you want?
It seems they all were "looking down" on the security guard. Why are they all referring to him as a "minimum wage" security guard??? A bunch of idiots! Why does his income even matter or needs to be mentioned? Society...ugh!🙄😠😠😠😠😠 and "he knows too much" therefore he must be guilty...smh! This criminal "injustice" system!🙄🙄 sad
The unbelievable things that spoiled entitled brats get away with is infuriating. The beautiful young woman who was just starting her life is tragic. The Iraq vet was able to help with the description of her condition probably based on his experiences and not by involvement in her demise. This was an act of childish cruelty and most (not all) people who have had military experience are not going to be involved with something so horrific.
Its hard to believe a veteran can be wrongfully accused without any hard evidence. I spent 4 days in jail, i could not imagine spending 11 years. Id rather die

Rich people have a different code of morality than the rest of us.
They can use influence and money to keep out of jail for most crimes.
If a poor person parks in the wrong place, they get fined $1,000, so they won't do it; a rich person, who can afford it, thinks "So it costs $1,000 to park here."

And being I'm 41 I can say for sure there is no way to start over.

He did sue. He won around half a million dollars in a settlement.
@@Ilanahnah half a million dollars for 11 years of prison and lost time with family. Jean Carroll got 85 Million dollars because Trump defame her. How could anyone think Ray (security guard) did that? That pissed me off and the fact that her dad still thinks Ray's involved is sickening. Poor guy did eleven years for nothing. I hope he got a significant amount of compensation.

He was given everything in life and still turned out to be a pos. It's the old nature vs. nurture question again. What contributed more to him becoming the person that he is?
A bad seed for sure
You'd be surprised how much they really don't have everything. Like PEACE, happiness and being content. Outside we think they have everything...trust me they DON'T!!! And they seem to enjoy seeing others get hurt or destroyed. That's characteristic of sad people.
He murdered his father…..so he was just a killer!
The poor man should sue them for taking 11 years of his life this is crazy
If that father truly wanted justice for his daughter he should be objective. What he thinks happened is irrelevant compared to what the evidence is saying. There is zero evidence that Mr. Jennings has something to do with the shooting. Now your daughter may not see justice because of your short sightedness. Is that what you want?
People get stuck when they are unable to process trauma. Fight, flight, or freeze.
@@mtaylor7307😮
The father of that girl was a sad selfish prick ! Some rich sad mad old bastard who never served a day in the military!
@@mtaylor7307people who get stuck in their trauma who call security guards “ uneducated” should go get some high powered therapy!
I hope security guard Jennings Sue’s that state prosecutor !
I'm so glad the pathologist was thoughtful enough to gather the remains for the family❤
My heart breaks for tim bosmas family God Bless you all I hope you are doing ok. This was so heartbreaking.
Sick to blame that security guard. Unbelievable how this world it has become. Sick
When rich parents give birth to the devil himself.
@Beth A. it was proven that he killed his dad too for the money.
@betha.6279 They later reopened the investigation, and Dellen Millard was fond guilty of killing his father in 2018.
Imagine you are young, healthy, and rich. Then you're spending the rest of your life in prison. Pure stupidity! No other explanation!!
This is MADNESS what motive did Raymond have for this crime. This poor man and his family. Awful
The unbelievable things that spoiled entitled brats get away with is infuriating.
The beautiful young woman who was just starting her life is tragic. The Iraq vet was able to help with the description of her condition probably based on his experiences and not by involvement in her demise. This was an act of childish cruelty and most (not all) people who have had military experience are not going to be involved with something so horrific.
good point. You think it was like... a kid showing off? LIke a gang passage ritual?
Not true...a lot of military people turn out bad.
Murderers should be in prison for life with no parole until they die. Never let them out
What are you trying to say? That he killed Michelle?
I wonder How many here in the comments have had a bad experience because they didn't listen to their gut?
Its hard to believe a veteran can be wrongfully accused without any hard evidence. I spent 4 days in jail, i could not imagine spending 11 years. Id rather die
Amen 😂
They don't do their jobs and just want to close the case. They don't care if he is innocent or not
Evil walks among us. This is the devil's domain 😢
I had a very nice ex boyfriend who was a policeman. He said the same thing. He was young at the time but he knew.
Never, ever talk to the police. Common sense 101.
Too many red flags in the beginning and a bad gut feeling but he goes ahead and shows the truck, even after asking the wife. So sad and horrific . The incinerator contraption scares and sadens me to think what they did with that.
What is a incinerator contraption Hon

Poor Tim shouldn’t have gone alone and definitely not at night to sell his truck, and it doesn’t matter how long it would have taken him to sell it. I hope people learn from poor Tim faith. RIP Tim.
Ray’s original attorney was garbage. His new attorney did an outstanding job raising his son and defending Ray as well.
People should understand that it is VERY IMPORTANT to get a good attorney.
Look at OJ Simpson: Free from murdering his ex and her friend at the doorsteps of her house just because a shrinked glove didn't fit his hand - or so he clamed.
Public oppinion pressuring the media of his innocence. Why? Because he was a black guy. Therefore he was being persecuted for his color.
Years go by and probably many have realized the book he wanted to publish "IF I did it", didn't needed the IF on it.
The true injustice of this case was and still is to NICOLE, a victim of OJ's domestic violance during her marrage to him that finally had break away and her FRIEND, got brutally murdered and that got almost forgotten. It was all about freeing or not freeing OJ. So this narcisist continued to steal the spotlight.
So glad Raymond Jennings was released and legally cleared but I'm still so mad at the way the system failed him and Michelle! And he needs to file suit against the statefor his 11 stolen years!!
The system is flawed they just want to close cases without evidence and they let public opinion sway court opinion.
How could he killed her when he is unarmed?
Tim Bosma was a hero that solved not only his own murder, but lkely 2 others. He should be celebrated. 🎉🎉🎉❤
My deepest condolences goes out to all of the loved ones. All of these stories are heartbreaking and unfortunate 🤲🏽♥️
what good do the condolences and prayers do?
@@papagen00They make people feel better. Don't diss people for believing. MYOB.
That first story with the victim named “Tim” was such a sad heartbreaking story 😣 my heart brakes for he’s wife , I pray god gives her the strength and peace to carry on ! 🙏💔😢
There’s no way that security guard is guilty. Hell, what’s the matter with those cops. Talk about desperation!!
It seems natural to me that a man with military history that saw action would have a mind to decipher how things went down. Michelle's father is infuriating. He needs to grow up.
This punk had all kinds of money because of his father. He didn't work for any of it and it still wasn't enough. My best friend through high school is named Laura Babcock. That isn't her but weird to hear the name. Kids in today's society are entitled and have no respect for human life. Killers are getting younger and younger. It's very sad...😢
Thrill kill
Cool story bro
Did Court & State pay him for spending 11 yrs in prison for false imprisonment.
28:56 Lets stop disrespecting working people! Would have been better off rephrasing " Knew too much not to be involved ". If that's the line of thinking; instead of reaching for his working wage etc.
Exactly... bringing up his minimum wages makes absolutely no sense ❗
The father sticks with the first idea that gets into his head, and goes with that. Wont let any other facts into his thinking. Just like many of those in the jury pool of final hearing. Most people call it a "derangement syndrome"
It’s sickening how our Vetrans are treated. Just because he has a humble job don’t indicate a person isn’t intelligent. Unbelievable the disrespect and naiveness to assume if someone has a humble job that they are beneath others. Just revolting how some believe their superior then most. Very narcissistic this world has become for some.
I love that second case! The fact he spent almost 10 years upset me but Thank God he's free.
I hope he has sued to whom that made him to stay behind the bars for 11 years! He seriously deserve for a price, for being wasted his 11 precious years and being accused for what he didnt do.
Dellan Millard was pure evil! My best friend's son found the machine used to burn Tim. He and some friends were riding their ATVS and saw it hidden. They were so traumatized.
My hometown was rattled.
Do you know if they have investigated him at this point for his dad's death? Pretty sure him and his friend were convicted for the ex girlfriend murdered too right? Sorry if they say it by the end. If so, ignore me :)
Absolutely freaking insane tho. No motive, other than thrill kills. He's got to be either a psychopath. Or I think that's it. Narcissist and psychopath. So sad for Tim's family. And stupid Dellyn destroying absolutely everything his dad and grandpa worked so hard to build for their family, and pretty positive killed for.
I'm confused by if he was a millionaire than why did he kill him for the truck?
@@Ianisatool bc he was all about the thrill kill. They needed to Haul the incinerator I think. And found it more fun to to kill for it the just pay. It's sick. It's like he had so much money. He was bored and went to killing as a for of entertainment. Sick
How sick they killed her husband for absolutely nothing
The dad doesn't seem to care about who killed his daughter. As of now he has someone to blame.
