If you're trying to get rid of the stutter/rubberbanding in VR, you gotta set the Refresh Rate to Default and Vsync to Disabled. Special Transport/Heavy Cargo is still kinda rough since the cherries and berries kill frames in VR.

I don't know where the reverb originates from on CBs today... maybe they just emulate it. But in the old days it originally came from guys running illegal high power linear amps.
