Thanks Bonita for posting this video . There are a few versions of the FT but this is my favorite FT version . But my foot work and Lead always felt a little off when i did it. I Followed and practiced your footwork closely and it solved the problem . Thanks again Jimmy
Glad it helped you. This is the fishtail as written in the technique of Ballroom Dancing which is the book we are tested on for exams by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing. It is the expected execution for examination. Sadly it is rarely danced correctly. There are other executions I have seen referred to as the fishtail however they are actually other combinations of steps. In the open catagories you might do whatever you like but in syllabus competitions it's almost expected that the technique is thrown out sadly
