Hi Naina..I believe the bus is meant to ferry passengers whenever there is a flight that lands in the airport...as there are very limited flights across the day..

শুনলাম বিমান ভাড়ার চেয়ে বেশি লাগে ২৫ কিমি যেতে উমরই থেকে শিলং সিটি সেন্টার যেতে।
