Yes, Mangena is right. Unless you are well off as an accused person, you have no chance in the SA legal system (where brown envelopes are alleged to be common). Unlike here in America where we have a jury system (12 random citizens will listen to and decide the case); your fate in SA solely depends on one man or woman who often makes a judgement not based on facts but on feelings. You see that with the judge in the Senzo Meyiwa trial, he hates the 5 accused and their lawyers, except for Mnisi.
