So many people let the flaws of TASM 2 cover up how good TASM 1 was. TASM 1 by itself is genuinely a really good movie. And while I still find TASM 2 enjoyable solely because of Andrew and Emma, there were so many problems with it that led to the downfall of the TASM franchise. At least the MCU brought Andrew back in NWH and allowed him the opportunity to bring closure to his Peter Parker
Let’s be honest, as huge Danny Elfman fans as we are, James Horner’s Spider-Man theme feels more like Spider-Man than the Danny Elfman theme. The gothic themes in Elman’s version sounded too familiar to Batman. James Horner’s sounds what Spider-Man should sound like, very cheeky and playful in some parts, but also full of depth and emotion. Because that’s who Spider-Man really is. That’s who Peter Parker really is. When people put on a mask, they get to show to the world who their character and personality really is without having to show their face. The layers underneath that big red nose. Spider-Man and Peter are the same person. Their personalities are the same. They are both well mannered and mature, but also very hyperactive and cheeky. And they use their hyperactive behavior to hide their insecurities. Peter does it by putting on the mask in the same way someone would show their true selves by being alone to either let of some steam or energy. Spider-Man does it by making jokes to hide the Peter Parker shyness and misfit oddball that’s inside of him. And in my opinion, if they mixed Andrew Garfield’s awkward, but good-hearted nature with a mix of an artistic photographer kind of character, I think it would’ve helped made it feel a little different from the comics and the Raimi films. I still loved the movies 100% I just think that presenting a 100% artistic Peter Parker could’ve helped to make his character make more sense.
I love James honors work, i love what he did with the Mask Of Zorro. And also the Tasm movie. But i would disagree that Danny Elfman doesn't feel like Spider-Man. I think Danny Elfman capsulated the poetic side of being Spider-Man. And the drama of what Peter is going through. His music really hammered in the theme that with great power comes great responsibility. You feel it in the drums the choir it's ..... dramatic. All the scores of every Spider-Man movie is unique to its own, and they all fit with the story their trying to tell.
I don't like fantasy ... But the love emotion that Emma brought to the movie, nailed me to the screen ... Wishing for such love and living a story like Emma did to us, she brought us a deep bow ... I am delighted, in love, charmed, sad. Every pore of emotion shook me ... Bravo. Emma explained to us how viewers, even those who do not believe, return to faith in true love and the right person

Every time I come back to this track I feel like the world we live in sometimes makes sense and like those memory’s we have with our loved ones are the the one that keep us connected to them and the way the world is just where you wanna be and those little things In life those little times are what make you who you are and make you realise that life can be one big adventure with love excitement sadness happiness hate laughter and smiles knowing that those we love will always be by our sides no matter what alive or not and they will never leave us ❤️❤️😍🥰🥹

I know that a lot of love the Danny Elfman theme from the original Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies but I always secretly liked the James Horner theme and Andrew Garfield Spiderman so I was happy to see that both were in NWH
I divide my life in soundtracks, the soundtrack for Homecoming trilogy is for my high school, I really think it belongs there, it simply fits perfectly But, this James Horner soundtrack is for my now college era, totally and without any doubt, and I’m glad I found such a masterpiece of soundtrack ❤️🩹
