As of 3 minutes before writing this I just got Ultimate Ezreal 3 and a full board of 2 Star 5 costs. I came here to thank Mortdog for the amazing RNG I took 3 Econ augments and was never punished

Earlier, I also played that carry augment for Poppy (I was looking for something else, really) and ended up winning. I swear I seem to only get firsts whenever I don't get the augment that I want 😂

If Jhin's 4th shot counts as a cast, does that mean Jhin is the best Heart holder in the game (3 shot for a cast = 30 mana essentially)?
Shojin rageblade heart vayne maybe. She isn't capped by atk spd.
@@happycat7603 there are definitely better ways to make a battery than using a vayne, who is damn near 100% wasting that ap
Keep in mind that his attack speed is quite low, so he will need more time for those 3 attacks than other champs, so it's probably more like 40 mana. Also his AP scaling is really not great.
@@doomse150 Actually Jhin's base AS is the same as Kai'Sa and TF (0.8). So if we only have a Heart emblem on the champ, I think Jhin is still the best (Kai'Sa has 105 mana, TF has 30 but is mana-locked for 2.5s + time to throw cards)
