Now that part of Sunset Blvd is a ghost town because the Capitol Records building sits empty. So sad...

The store that Jim refers to "where the creatures meet" is the clothing store he bought for Pamela. She used to throw wild drug-fueled parties inside , even on weekends. The store was used for everything , but a business.

The building wasn't like this when Morrison stayed there it was a run down boarding house and they used the top floor. The version that burned had been upgraded since the 70's, now they've rebuilt it again so its a 3rd incarnation...

They let the Doors use the build for the Jan. 4th 2020 Day of the Doors. Here is one of three films I made while attending.
