If I have to comparing, Ole is better because he have better man management. When Ole gone, there's no problem within the squad. Sure he gave players power a lot, so as the likes of Real Madrid & Barcelona. The key is to give special treatment to special player. While Ten Hag run the squad like an army. It can work on low level football club with lack of ambition and discipline, but in top club with star players, you can't do that, especially if the manager have no strong leadership. In my knowledge, only Fabio Capello can do such a thing and top players did afraid of him.

Yes they did try… in the 2nd half of the game and last time I checked there’s 2 halves. Where was that effort when Van de Ven dribbled the length of the field leading to a goal in the first 2 mins of the game. That has nothing to do with the setup or tactics, it’s all about effort in that moment and we were lacking. I’m not defending ETH AT ALL. My point is 3 separate managers have said the same exact thing about this club and players. EVERY season since SAF left we have taken an asswhippin 2-3 times each year regardless of the manager and been inconsistent so what does that tell you? Did every manager suck or is there a cancer in our club? I’ll go with the latter

Blame the manager for certain decisions and tactics but you can't blame the manager for player chemistry and individual mistakes, we have bought in a few new player's into the starting line up it's going to take time to gel. the one thing that I'm not happy with is dalot being inverted out of possession which means he's out of position and a lot of the goals have come from the space he has vacated
Player chemistry is about coaching. These are professional football players. They are clueless out there. Did you see the passing against Twente? It's all behind players and there is no combination play.

Player chemistry is all down to the manager what you talking about. He’s identified the players and they are not just assesses based on their skill level it’s also mind set and attitude so he decides what pieces of the puzzle goes where. Ten hag is a clown city fans are right about something 😂

Regarding the ruud doing well question...he should be assessed the same way we assess any manager. Performances, clear style of play and results...and the decision should be made AT the end of the season NOT before. We shouldnt get hyped by a few wins or a few games...it should be a clear exciting style of play, tactically astitute and results for the WHOLE SEASON. With Ole IT WAS clear by the end of his interim period that he wasn't the right man for the job.

I think just as it happens that some players are not suited to a particular club no matter how good they are, I think the same might be said about managers. I'm ETH in , i also think he is a good manager and wants to succeed BUT i just don't think his suited or a good fit for United. He can leave United and be more successful wherever he ends up.
